These hotels need to stop lying about having parking. I use the filter to find the proper hotel to our needs, pay in advance only to find out I have to park on the street. Absurd.

Room was spacious, we had a double bed and one single bed with ensuite facilities. Has hangers, extra blanket, extra heating facility, hit railing in ensuite, walk in shower. Ensuite was quite spacious.Bedside tables have lamps and drawers. Holy Bible is available. Tv wouldn't work for us, some issues with yv which we reported. Staff are extremely professional and warm. Breakfast is full English with cereal, fresh fruit, juices as options. Staff are so efficient, working on their toes but smiling throughout to serve and ensure breakfast goes on smooth for eveeyone. WiFi worked fine.They have a bar, restaurant too. For fanilies who get takeaway there are tables down stairs or can do room service from them too. Street parking was free but confirm once again. Hotel parking is first come, first served basis.. We travelled from Newcastle upon Tyne and missed it.

A good stay and possibly the best breakfast ever plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was piping hot on the negative side we booked this hotel as it advertised parking which it has but they didn’t say is it’s limited parking for possibly 6 maybe 7 cars only and on a first come basis

The hotel looks a little tired and could benefit from more regular, thorough cleaning, especially in the communal areas. Unfortunately, I did not have any Wi-Fi on the second day of my stay, which was deeply problematic as I had intended to take some online video calls. I was very happy with the breakfast. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. The bed was average.

Everything was ok

We were moved to another hotel The Queensbridge Hotel, room was cold, shower was weak at best, room was generally tired, sheets didn’t feel clean, when I’m working away I look to support independent hotels on this occasion the Premier Inn may have been a better option

The room was spacious for a Single. Heating was adequate, the room was tidy, internet speeds excellent. The staff were pleasant and attentive to any needs I had. The Hotel is an excellent place for the sea front and the main town and rail and bus links.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom luxury apartment for 1 night with my husband and children and 1 night wasnt long enough! What a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. We most certainly will be staying again and will be recommending to our friends and family. Little treasure by the sea.

Better maintenance on room, reported the radiator knob was dangling off, curtain falls of track , shower needs re silicone, due to mould, they should be easy fixable jobs. The young girl was very attentive with breakfast

Outstanding service, outstanding apartment, wonderful views. The property was very modern (luxery 3 bed apartment ) with a mix of the old buiding still in place. The lounge has a large bay window that commands a view of the entire beach front. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and modern appliance. The bathrooms are modern with rainbow shower heads. The main bedroom beautifully decorated with a lovely comfortable bed. I can not fault the service front the 3 staff in the hotel that i met. I had a wonderful stay absolutely wonderful.

Great location, excellent breakfast

I book for contractors and they LOVE this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and they ask to go back every time they work in the area.
