If you just need a place to sleep for night it’s great but not enough room to open suitcase except on bed

Todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno era muy bueno. Recomendaria etiquetar el area de la comida en el desayuno ya que no dice que es.

Excelente ubicación. Instalaciones a la altura de la calidad Marriott. Uno va a lo seguro.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect from beginning to end. We arrived early at 10:30am and the staff already had our room ready, which was such a kind and welcoming start. The team were wonderful throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always smiling, whether at reception, breakfast, the lounge bar or the pool bar. They even called me “Señor Derek”, which made me feel right at home. The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned every day, and the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the location is excellent for exploring Santa Marta. On our last day we were able to stay in the room until 4pm, which we appreciated so much. Me and my partner definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Santa Marta. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near the port where some excursions depart, very conveniently located next restaurants and the night scene. Felt very safe as there police patrolling the area.

A very nice place but if you don't like really cold water in the pool you will not be happy. You think in Santa Marta the pool water would be nice but it felt like Ice water. Insane cold. That is my only complaint.

Really good location if you're going to rent a boat on the shore

​Outstanding Stay and Incredible Hospitality We had a fantastic experience staying at the AC Marriott Santa Marta. Everything from start to finish was top notch. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and top-tier. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was a great space to relax. The service was also exceptional even after checkout, they let us leave our luggage there so we could enjoy a meal before heading out to the airport. Highly recommended

Buen sitio para descansar, pequeño pero comodo.

Siempre uno tiene el nombre de Marriott en buen concepto, pero en la habitación la cafetera no servía, pedí que la cambiaran y que no tenían más (cómo es posible?). Luego me la cambiaron, pero esa tampoco servía. El baño estaba “resanado” en todo el mueble del tocador, las toallas viejitas y las almohadas con hueco en la mitad. Para lo que se paga y más en habitación con vista al mar y balcón, se espera que sea mejor. Las personas súper amables, como siempre, es lo que más se rescata. Pero claramente pueden mejorar en infraestructura y dotación de habitaciones
