Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Avatar Mountains and the national park. Service from the airport and to all attractions, whenever you want. Rain was very helpful and professional. Spoke very good english and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the best way to enjoy your trip to that region. Super unique stay in Zhang Jia Jie! 1000/10 recommend if you are visiting. Food was delicious, hospitality was amazing, Frankie was really helpful and kind. The rooms and atmosphere is very relaxing and zen, there’s a beautiful infinity pool and another pool. Lots of activities and a tea master at the hotel was one of a kind !

I recently just went on a big China trip and visited the beautiful Zhangjiajie region. Staying at No. 5 Valley was an incredible experience. The host Frankie was super helpful and hospitable. The property is in a very scenic, remote area. Around 1 hour from Zhangjiajie Train Station. The food options were vast and very accommodative and the resort. Had several activities going on throughout the day. Arts and crafts, tea ceremonies and much more. I really enjoyed my stay and I'm looking forward to coming back. This is an excellent place to stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie. Accessibility to the Zhangjiajie park is about 10 mins away and about 1 hour from the Tianmenshan park. The hotel provides transportation for anywhere you need to go in Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have an amazing experience at a beautiful stay in Zhangjiajie

It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit.

This is a fantastic secluded hotel, with amazing friendly service, it was. 1 hr ride from the airport but less than200rmb in a taxi, well worth the effort as the location is stunning and the service first class

The place is amazing! So beautiful and the staff is great! The food is farm to table , the food is really good. You can bake your own cookies and we had the best tea experience I have gone to tea houses in Japan and this lady , her tea which she makes herself is one of the best teas I ever tried. And I love tea. I will definitely vibe back if I have the opportunity. Spectacular views of the mountains and sunsets . Also you can walk around . I definitely recommended .

Excelente servicio, amabilidad y disponibilidad por parte de todo el personal, Frankie te ayudará con lo que necesites durante tu estancia, como transporte del aeropuerto o estación de tren hacia el hotel, transporte a las atracciones, guía, etc…, la maestra de té YangMei con gran amabilidad te dará de su gran variedad de tés. Instalaciones muy bonitas y vista excelente, comida deliciosa.

Beautiful property and amazing hospitality. We were only here for 2 nights but felt right at home. Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat.

We had a wonderful time at No. 5 from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and modern whilst being right in nature. We were very well looked after by the staff especially Frankie who went above and beyond every day even helping us organise trips and buy tickets and driving us to the entrance of the national park. He was even on hand over Alipay chat to answer questions we had whilst on day trips. Frankie’s dog was also very sweet and warmly greeted us whenever she saw us :) Yama served us wonderful tea and was fascinating to speak to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is amazing and we so enjoyed the national park, ancient town and “Grand Canyon”.
