Loved our stay. Large room lovely pool.

Lovely clean hotel on the outskirts, but we barely slept at all. The weather turned HOT in late May, and our room was too stuffy. We had AC turned on, then learned (despite hotels.com listing) there WAS NO AC because staff don’t turn it on till summer. AC put only hot air into our room. Wish they’d made that clear at booking bc we would’ve chosen a different hotel. At least tell people checking in when there is no AC. I booked this late in our trip simply because it had AC, and we had been hot at another hotel with no AC. When we opened the doors to the outside, clouds of bugs/spiders/mosquitoes flew in. We tried closing wooden doors, but that held in the heat, then we rigged the sheer curtains to keep bugs out. It was still SO hot in our room that we were unable to sleep. Two nights of misery. Staff later said the other side of the hotel is cooler. Wish they’d told us NO AC! we would’ve asked for a room on that side. Or a refund! Not as advertised. The hotel isa sometimes difficult 15-min drive to old town through very congested residential areas. GPS can be confusing. We thought the hotel was closer to old town when we booked. Nothing is in walking distance from here at all, and security seems to be an issue in this area. Gated in front but the back is open to the forest. The pool is pretty - but far too cold for swimming, in May. They charged us even for lobby coffee, and charge guests for pool towels, too. Maybe ok for a family in summer. Otherwise, not.

It was a very calm and beautiful hotel, but its hygiene was awful. During my stay, there were hundreds and thousands of small red spiders in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les hôteliers sont aimable et sympathique. L’hôtel est magnifique avec un beau et grand jardin très bien entretenu ainsi qu’une belle piscine. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien décorées. Je vous conseille cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Aucune observation. Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Très bon séjour.

Un magnifique hôtel de charme Dans un Havre de paix. Tout est magnifiquement pensé et agencé. Chambre privilège avec petite terrasse vue sur le parc et la piscine. Serviettes de toilette très haut-de-gamme cinq étoiles. Couple de propriétaire charmants très accueillants. Un grand parking sécurisé et gratuit. Très beau petit déjeuner avec produits locaux. La piscine et ses Agencements sont magnifiques. Établissement à tester absolument.

Hotel extraordinario, muy acogedor, bonito, limpio. Ya digo, el hotel y sus instalaciones excelentes. Los propietarios, muy muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Los alrededores del hotel son espectaculares. Un 10! en todo.

Très bel hôtel à quelques minutes de la cité de Carcassonne. Excellent accueil, chambre confortable. Le petit déjeuner est peut être un poil trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé

Endroit calme dans la campagne tout près de Carcassonne. Propriété, avec stationnement, protégée par une grille à code le soir venu. Petit déjeuner avec produits locaux .. fromages, confitures, compotes, variétés de pâtisseries et pains, viandes et oeufs , yogourts… rien ne manque . Une très belle machine pour différents cafés. On commence bien la journée! J’ai aimé qu’il ait une deuxième porte d’accès à la chambre ceci diminue les bruits. Et la salle de bain y est située aussi. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et nous suggèrent des endroits coup de cœur de leur région. Ce fut très apprécié pour un restaurant entre autre…. L’ambroisia…. Qualité de la nourriture et le vin de la région…. Quelle belle trouvaille que ce Bastide Saint-Martin. Merci beaucoup pour ce partage de votre belle propriété.

Bastide bien restaurée. Très bon accueil et serviable. On y a passé une très belle nuit.

C'est un hôtel de charme à l'écart du bruit, dans la nature avec des prestations de qualité

Bastante bien, buen trato recepcionista chica joven. Hotel bonito y tranquilo, apartado de la ciudad pero a 7 minutos coche de ciudad mediaval. Por mejorar... Poner minibar habitación, canales españoles en Tv, por lo menos 1 y ruido aire acondicionado cada vez que se activa. Hay Aparcamiento en hotel gratuito.
