Great place to stay near the border with lots of amenities

The food was really good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The gym has decent equipment, but 3 out the 4 treadmills were down the whole time I was there. I really like the place. I plan on booking another stay there again for my next visit.

Rooms are great! Ample space and very clean. Bar and morning breakfast make it easy on your trip whether its for one day or more!

In Tijuana the Quartz is the only place to stay. It has five star amenities and the prices are beyond reasonable. The staff is beyond helpful and avail themselves to you to help make your stay more comfortable. I tried another hotel on my many trips here and I will again deviate. Great service each and every stay. Location is also prime and is really perfect if you have appointments at New City.

The room was perfect and very conveniently located next to my Dr. Office

All was well, pool hours not accomme dating.... 10am -9pm , not early enough. Last time we received Drink credits, none this time, Disappointing 😞

Very clean room A/C didn’t work, even due it’s March the room got to really high temperature, they knew about the issue but still didn’t offer to change room till we called! Also, on check-in the bell boy took my room keys And take like 1 hr to get back Service at breakfast guys was really rush and rude

Great place to stay. Has courtesy shuttle. Room was clean. Pool water is freezing, so we stayed in the jacuzzi side, but during summer months, I’m sure it’s perfect.
