Everything was excellent.

I transferred to the Quartz Hotel after a very difficult experience at another hotel, and the difference was immediate. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great, and the rooms were beautiful with large windows and stunning views. When I arrived, I was shaken from an earlier traumatic experience, and although I didn’t explain what had happened, one staff member sensed it and offered a hug before taking me to my room. As a woman traveling alone, that small act of compassion meant everything. The team truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the care and comfort they provided.

My room was very nice and clean. It was a nice size. We had a beautiful view of the garden.The coffee was very tasty, especially the Columbian. Every one of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I will definitely stay here again.
