Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma. EVERYONE besides the two mentioned were fantastic. So kind, upbeat, always smiling, and sooo good with my baby. Shout out to Roxy (Roxanne), Jane (red hair), Tyrese (beach attendant) and everyone else was fantastic.

Every single employee was friendly. I’ve never been to a place where the entire staff smiled throughout our stay. It is an incredibly well managed property. Everything is always in its place and all day-to-day activities are well coordinated. The resort restaurants were outstanding. The daily breakfast was outstanding (e.g., fresh squeezed OJ, omelette station). The beach is everything you dream about in the Caribbean. The pool area was inviting and calm. Off-site activities were well managed. Very upscale experience delivered in a low-key and friendly style.

The front staff (reception and main restaurant staff) were professional, courteous and efficient. The staff at breakfast were also lovely. The staff at the beach restaurants were utterly incompetent and the two male managers were rude and aggressive to both patrons and wait staff - really unpleasant. All the beach lounge chairs were lined up like sardines and there were an impossible number of screaming, ill-behaved, unsupervised children. Awful experience. And beach attendants and restaurant servers were constantly (and obviously) looking for tips - which just communicates that the resort is not adequately compensating staff. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The entire stay was perfect. We love the place but the staff make it so special. You are treated like royalty. The beach staff especially Dyuane was incredible. He was a pleasure so sweet and knowledgeable. We feel blessed to have stayed there!!!

Amazing staff we were treated like royalty! Food was delicious, room was perfect, service on the beach was A1 chairs, food, drinks. Unforgettable we will be back. Expedia did so right by us!

This place was very relaxing not much to do. The facility was always clean.

10/10 cannot recommend this resort enough! The staff is super nice and friendly! The food was amazing! So many options for food and so many great restaurants nearby. Transportation was super easy. I loved that they came and cleaned our room twice a day. The beach is incredible. I didnt want to leave!

Beautiful property with an awesome pool and beach. The women staff at breakfast and around the pool/bar area were so friendly and amazing. The men that worked the beach hut were the complete opposite - miserable and very unfriendly. A lot of mosquitos in the rooms, would constantly hear buzzing in my ear when sleeping and wake up with tons of bug bites. Definitely the same tier as the ritz, seven stars or grace bay club.

Beautiful grounds. Fantastic beach with food and drink service. And the pool is a great alternative to beach.

From our experience, the best part was the staff. The staff at the Palms was super friendly and helpful! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from the front desk to the dining. Even when our rental vehicle caught a flat, the front desk took care of everything. I didn't even have to lift a finger to call the rental car company. Room was clean. Property was immaculate. Complementary breakfast daily. And they had a couple of free water activities you could do. Overall for us it was an A

Staying at The Palms hotel was amazing. It was extremely clean, hard working staff, friendly staff, peaceful and calming environment. I would recommend.

Lush mature tropical landscaping, excellent food at restaurants and nicely located in beautiful beach. Staff was friendly and helpful booking excursions and dinners off property. Spa was excellent too!

The people, for the most part, were terrific. The property was, I'm sorry to say, a bit tired looking. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The omelet station was great, but the fruit section was quite weak - not enough of a variety, and exactly the same fruit each day.

We loved our time at the Palms - what really stood out to us was the beautiful property, free water and towels at the beach, excellent complimentary breakfast.
