There’s so much things to do. A lot of thought put into the design of the buildings, pools, gardens, themed restaurants and the food. Darling Castro who served us at the Valley Restaurant is very friendly abd accommodating that he made sure that we are taken cared of. We definitely come back. On top of that, noted some molds on the lamp shades.

We enjoyed the hotel the staff was friendly and good.

Resort management is unwelcoming and rude

Resort is stunning! Staff are all so friendly, property is well kept, room was always cleaned & food was great. Wish there were more bathrooms available around the pool and beach area! Would easily book here again! Thank you Lopesan!

An " Unforgettable" Vacation Check-in was painfully slow—our bags took another hour after I complained to someone who looked important. Meanwhile, a family, with 3 small kids, in our group got scammed at the front desk—booked two rooms, charged for four, paid $9,000, plus front desk guy forced him to pay $1,100 in cash. No receipt, just vibes. Room: Upgraded to avoid mildew—joke’s on us, the stench was unbearable. Called the front desk, they “sent someone.” They didn’t. After four days, we turned off the AC and got an army of ants instead. Housekeeping finally made the room smell fresh—so fresh a cockroach came out to say hello. Food: First lunch came with a side of explosive diarrhea. The seafood selection was tragic, and a calamari-only paella felt like a crime. Burgers were great. Buffet was mediocre. Beach: A 30-foot-wide swimming area surrounded by tour boats, i counted 83 boats, leaking fuel. Came out with a rash; my sister smelled like gasoline. Resort: Nice grounds—except for the missing few pavers and suffocating exhaust fumes in the lobby one night Elevators went MIA the next night. Pool: Decent, but no swim-up bar. Drinks were hit or miss, and the beer sucked. Shopping: $40 sunscreen. Enough said.

Great place - would go there again - lots of pools and dining options. only drawback is private beach is next to public beach access

They are a little under staffed

Everything was amazing.

Beautiful, clean and newer resort. Elegant architecture with beuatiful gardens with raised infinity pools lining most walkways. Pools were very nice and beach large and well kept. The room with walk out pool was fabulous. Great restaurant options and very good food. Kids loved the ammenities and water park. Never felt overly crowded and was able to make restaurant reservations and get beach and pool spots as easily as I would have hoped. But suspect early birds get the worms! Overall great stay with our family of young teenagers and would certainly stay there again.

Property was clean & well maintained. It’s a big property but I think they need more staff out cleaning the outside tables & bar areas during the day when most guests are out by the pool & beach. More English speaking staff would be helpful too. Also a couple more casual day snack food areas for grab & go food choices for sunbathers would nice. But overall it’s a nice clean resort with friendly staff

The hotel grounds was beautiful and the food was amazing.

Loved this resort! The property is beautiful. All the staff was super friendly! House keeping came daily and the room was clean. Would recommend!

This property blew me away in every regard, truly outstanding...facilities, food, service all above my expectations. I will definitely come back...a magnificent resort!!!
