Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon during my visit to Goa, and I must say the experience truly lived up to the esteemed reputation of the Taj brand in India. From the moment we were considering accommodation options, choosing Taj felt like a natural decision given its strong legacy—and our experience fully validated that choice. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and overall service quality exceeded our expectations. Every department demonstrated exceptional professionalism, including reception, room service, housekeeping, and especially the food and beverage team. I would like to extend special appreciation to Duty Manager, Food Department and Housekeeping for their outstanding service and dedication. What stood out most was the genuine willingness of every team member to assist. We were a group of 21 people, and each one of us was thoroughly impressed by the warmth and efficiency of the staff. A special mention goes to Food Department, who went above and beyond—not only accommodating specific dietary requirements for some members of our group but also personally ensuring that special requests beyond the buffet menu were fulfilled seamlessly. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay. I would highly recommend Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a truly premium experience.

Amazing staff! As soon as we informed them of our occasion for travel they gave us a nice upgrade and also treated my wife with lovely birthday cake which was surprising and warm gesture. Keep up the great customer experience.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Abeer made us feel welcome. The servers at breakfast were utmost helpful, pleasant, accommodating and humble. During our stay there was a conference and even a wedding. There was some noise and the breakfast was hectic, nevertheless we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were perfect. The beds were huge. And the pool was lovely. Unfortunately the foodservice at the pool takes very long. That could have been better, maybe the pool should get their own kitchen, that might help. My family and I loved our stay. Thank you all.

Excellent property, especially the location. We were in the spacious club room with a lovely view of the beach and sea. Two well kept infinity pools. Didn't try the restaurants (except for breakfast), gym or spa. Housekeeping though is a bit sloppy. Forgets to replenish or replenishes different items on different days randomly. Also cleaning of washroom areas wasn't the best. Reception and restaurant staff also weren't very supportive or aa attentive as those at most other Taj properties are.

Hotellet lagde fra land med meget dårlig service. Men efter vi havde påtalt det - løftede de service både på restaurant, f.s.v.a. værelse til et super højt niveau. F.eks. så room service jeg læste en bog og havde lavet æselører. Så de tog et billede af forsiden og laminerede et bogmærke med billedet til mig.

Room good. Service good. But the hotel was booked by some company having a seminar or something and the people attending the conference were not higenic and too much commotion.

Effortless luxury by the sea. Calm, elegant rooms, incredible food, and service that’s warm, intuitive, and genuinely thoughtful. The kind of place that slows you down without trying. We’ll be back.

Everything about the hotel from staff to service to room and amenities was excellent. Worth the cost ☺️

In general the service was excellent, other than for the staff on the roof top bar. They let their team an the hotel down, very poor.

Staff was always helpful

Great hotel with a young child (good swimming pools, kids room etc). Unfortunately we had a few issues with slow service and broken air conditioning. Not very nice beaches nearby (including the beach accessed from the connecting hotel). Not the best location if you want to explore Goa

Restaurant options , Bar and relaxing area , sea view room amazing

This is the first time I am writing a one-star review. The hotel does not live up to its five-star rating at all. The only positive thing was the sea view from the room. The service was extremely poor — unlike anything we have experienced before — when we checked out, we shared our feedback about how unprofessional the service had been. They apologized, but just five minutes later we experienced the exact same issue when trying to arrange a car to the airport. At last the breakfast buffet was very disappointing and uninspiring. We cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
