Everything about the hotel from staff to service to room and amenities was excellent. Worth the cost ☺️

In general the service was excellent, other than for the staff on the roof top bar. They let their team an the hotel down, very poor.

Staff was always helpful

Great hotel with a young child (good swimming pools, kids room etc). Unfortunately we had a few issues with slow service and broken air conditioning. Not very nice beaches nearby (including the beach accessed from the connecting hotel). Not the best location if you want to explore Goa

Restaurant options , Bar and relaxing area , sea view room amazing

This is the first time I am writing a one-star review. The hotel does not live up to its five-star rating at all. The only positive thing was the sea view from the room. The service was extremely poor — unlike anything we have experienced before — when we checked out, we shared our feedback about how unprofessional the service had been. They apologized, but just five minutes later we experienced the exact same issue when trying to arrange a car to the airport. At last the breakfast buffet was very disappointing and uninspiring. We cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Superb!! Taj hospitality at it’s finest.

Overall our stay at Taj Cidade Horizon was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. Food was very good and fresh. The breakfast waz amazing with a lot of variety. We also really enjoyed the spa.

Terrible service during check-in and checkout .. I almost missed my flight due to mismanaged checkout process. BLD restaurant at the hotel has terrible service. Tables were not clean, silverware was not available. Bar service was very slow. Had to wait for 1 hour to get my first drink. The servers seemed unresponsive to repeated requests to check on my drinks and food.

One of the best property with beautiful scenic vew, lovely rooms and facilities. The roof top pool is great. One of the best breakfast for everyone.. if u are dieting, you may have cheatvday.. Overall great experience

Awesome property

We chose the hotel for the location, private beach access and the wonderful room; the experience was elevated exponentially by the entire team. Particularly Manisha who checked us in and organized a beautiful room decorating for our celebration. Also Suvo at BLD restaurant who was uber responsive serving with a smile. Not to forget the amazing team working tirelessly like the chefs, house keeping, and managers.

Bed looked like it had been slept in. Mold and rust in shower. Shower drain was blocked. Staff kept redirecting us to a la carte breakfast instead of buffet which we preferred. Had to ask for glasses in room. Staff hanging around in lobby but no one offered to take luggage out to car until we asked. No one at the door to receive guests. Definitely not a five star experience. Food at the buffet was fresh and common areas well maintained.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. They completely surprised me and my wife for our anniversary without us having to say anything to them. They are an amazing team of staff and I totally recommend this hotel to others 👍❤️
