Awesome property

We chose the hotel for the location, private beach access and the wonderful room; the experience was elevated exponentially by the entire team. Particularly Manisha who checked us in and organized a beautiful room decorating for our celebration. Also Suvo at BLD restaurant who was uber responsive serving with a smile. Not to forget the amazing team working tirelessly like the chefs, house keeping, and managers.

Bed looked like it had been slept in. Mold and rust in shower. Shower drain was blocked. Staff kept redirecting us to a la carte breakfast instead of buffet which we preferred. Had to ask for glasses in room. Staff hanging around in lobby but no one offered to take luggage out to car until we asked. No one at the door to receive guests. Definitely not a five star experience. Food at the buffet was fresh and common areas well maintained.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. They completely surprised me and my wife for our anniversary without us having to say anything to them. They are an amazing team of staff and I totally recommend this hotel to others 👍❤️

This hotel in Goa was an amazing experience from check in to check out. The staff were friendly, helpful and advised you on your stay. The hotel throughout was clean modern, as were the rooms. The rooms with the Seaview are superior and some of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, with the modern touches making it feel extra special. Staying at this hotel gave you the best of both with having access to the sister hotel which allowed us to use there facilities, pool and private beach access. The SPA was a lovely experience which with the added touches and the views making it an extra special experience. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff is too stiff and unfriendly. Time and again i have experienced that they will never consider any of your request on room choices…they won’t make any changes how much ever you request them. One of my earlier stay I was charged for the room though I had already informed I will be checking out as my plans changed but the duty manager refused to waive off the room charges though I was checking out at noon and leaving the room free for their next guest. Super annoying and surprised to see how the Tata group hospitality values are being tarnished by these ground level, uncultured front desk staff.

Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. The hotel also has a couple of different pools and our favourite was the infinity pool on the 10th floor overlooking the sea. The staff is fantastic and they really add soul to this place. They treated us like family and were always so insistent on arranging things for us like packing up some fruits when we were checking out, remembering all our food preferences and even customizing foods to our taste. Special mention to the restaurant staff Sujatha, Rakesh, Krishnakant and Ritu who were always cheerful

The culinary experience at Taj Goa is simply divine. From authentic Goan delicacies to global gourmet dishes, every meal was a gastronomic delight. The seafood, in particular, was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff’s attention to detail and personalized service made every dining experience exceptional. The hospitality at Taj is what sets it apart. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel special and well taken care of. Whether it was arranging a private beach dinner, organizing personalized excursions, or simply remembering my preferences, their service was flawless. The spa and wellness center was another highlight. After a relaxing massage at the Jiva Spa, I felt completely rejuvenated. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was the perfect.
