When I went on your website one of the filter criteria was 'breakfast included' hence I chose this hotel. There were even photos included showing breakfast foodstuff. However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

Not so good at all. There's a bed bug in the room. My wife and my son was infecter by bed bugs.

Stay from this hotel

Two of my staff stayed with last night. They have both reported bed bugs in their rooms and people banging on their doors in the night. This is not only a health and safety issue but also terribly unhygienic. I have contacted the hotel for a full refund but have not received a response.

surrounding area is very dirty the rooms are very small it really only suit someone who is staying for 1 night

Great rooms and staff in the heart of The Broadway

Receptionist was rude. Room was dirty and ants bugs on bed. Couldn’t sleep well due to room being dirty and ants on bed and carpet

Bugs and Ants in room, parts of my skin has marks due biting caused by ants , couldn’t sleep and didn’t use room. Advised receptionist about problem and not used room, this is risk of health and safety

Beds and furnishings need to be changed

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist could not understand English and was extremely rude. His behavior was unacceptable and made the check-in process frustrating. The room had a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to stay for the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a good stay, unfortunately the window would not close fully so a little noisy but would stay again
