I have very wonderful stay they have all the facilities in the room and have a very clean and neat room

Helt perfekt for oss 2 venninner som trengte et sted å sove i nærheten av southall. Veldig sentralt. .Man får det man betaler for.

Great rooms and staff in the heart of The Broadway

Receptionist was rude. Room was dirty and ants bugs on bed. Couldn’t sleep well due to room being dirty and ants on bed and carpet

Bugs and Ants in room, parts of my skin has marks due biting caused by ants , couldn’t sleep and didn’t use room. Advised receptionist about problem and not used room, this is risk of health and safety

Beds and furnishings need to be changed

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist could not understand English and was extremely rude. His behavior was unacceptable and made the check-in process frustrating. The room had a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to stay for the night. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a good stay, unfortunately the window would not close fully so a little noisy but would stay again

Oppholdet var greit, men ikke mer en det. Rommet var preg av slitasje og området det låg i opplevdes som veldig skittent og bråkete. Det er en grunn til at det var såpass billig å bo der, og vil ikke råde familie om å leie rom her. Det er sikkert helt greit for enkel overnatting om du drar alene på tur.

Really disappointed with the stay. Very old and run down. Gutted there was no parking after being told online and verbally there was parking. I had to pay to park in a local car park.

Very quiet Very near Very good location with easy access to many areas of desire in London

Nothing to complaint about this stay. Room was small but cozy, comfy and had my own shower tub. Staff was helpful and responded promptly to an email query. Location was busy and a bit noisy but my room was on the other end, which means I wasn't so affected by the noise as possibly other rooms. The only thing which would deserve a comment is that a building with so many floors deserved a lift for those who carry heavy luggage
