Pacific Inn London Heathrow

'Poor' is generous .. I was mean to myslf on paying more, staying here going to Eng game at Twicks, near Elizbth line stn and on High St. was the choice. I'll never do it again. Don't know how this hotel is listed in Expedia! I don't want to be negative online. It is dreadful in hygiene, quality, dirty, things falling apart and the rest. If owners invest a bit of money here, the return be well worth it.

Terrible room. Hotel gave me wrong room. I didn’t pick the one they gave me. Only once staff fixed my room properly. All other times very poor. Room looked like it used to be a washroom. As small as a washroom. No toilet in room. The bathroom outside my room had no toilet paper, light malfunction where I have to touch the light. Small garbage was full and never changed the 4 days I was there Just awful

I wanted something fairly priced that was close to the airport, wembley stadium and all the tourists attractions, so for me this place was perfect.

The vibe of neighbourhood didn’t do it for, I didn’t feel at ease so I decided to book another hotel

Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.

When I went on your website one of the filter criteria was 'breakfast included' hence I chose this hotel. There were even photos included showing breakfast foodstuff. However, the rather surly (male) receptionist was adamant that breakfast wasn't included. I asked if we could purchase breakfast in the hotel only to be informed that they don't have the facilities!! (despite photos to the contrary. The wallpaper in the bedroom (which was small) was peeling off, the fan was on a chair (no room for it to go anywhere else!) and the TV didn't work. I could go on about this hotel but I think you get the gist.

Not so good at all. There's a bed bug in the room. My wife and my son was infecter by bed bugs.

Stay from this hotel

Two of my staff stayed with last night. They have both reported bed bugs in their rooms and people banging on their doors in the night. This is not only a health and safety issue but also terribly unhygienic. I have contacted the hotel for a full refund but have not received a response.

surrounding area is very dirty the rooms are very small it really only suit someone who is staying for 1 night
