Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. Which I found it really fair for customer! I hope this can We were opting for a bottle of Riesling and it wasn't disapointing. I hope more hotels have this policy.

Clean rooms (but small, esp bathroom), quiet location. Limited breakfast. Missed daily clean in our second day.

Very clean and often saw staff cleaning inside and outside. Also very quiet in a walkable and safe neighborhood.

Tolles Personal, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Umgebung ist sicher und ruhig.

Wanted to clean room before checkout… twice 1/5. Stored bags during the day 5/5.

Room was very warm (no a/c was a real shortcoming). With what the room charge was, would not have expected to pay for a cup of coffee.

More in a residential area about lots of restaurants that are walking distance.

Very modern hotel right in the heart of Munich. The rooms and property were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Walkable in all directions to parks, museums, shopping and Oktoberfest fun.

Excellent room and accommodations. Exactly as advertised. We were allowed to check in early after arriving on over night flight. Easy walk to city hall and main square. Large English garden park very close where we watched surfers on the river. We highly recommend Unsold. It is in quiet side of town and easy to get to by metro.

Great location, super friendly staff

Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, für ihn standen im Zimmer schon 2 Näpfe bereit, sowie eine Tüte mit vielen kleinen Leckerlies. Das hat uns (und ihn) sehr gefreut ☺️ einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Parkgarage. Die ist für SUVs wirklich eine Herausforderung 😅

Hotel is very clean, personnel were able to answer questions and give guidance. Hotel is a walk to restaurants and shopping area. But you could cab it. Thought the price of hotel was a bit high if you compared it to same type of hotel. It’s a very industrial feeling. But again it’s very clean and kept up well.

Really enjoyed the area the hotel was located in - extremely safe and lots of little independent shops/cafes & restaurants nearby.

Easy walk to great shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed being close to downtown Munich and train.

Everything is great about this place with one major exception. Most of the rooms don't have ac and it gets really hot to sleep . When i was booking i wad looking for ac only hotel and didn't realise pr it wouldn't mention that there is no ac
