Modern industrial style hotel.
Clean and warm during winter time.
Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater.
Service were great, friendly and helpful.
Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others.

The room was excellent and the staff very helpful. The rooms are small when compared to an American standard hotel room (an observation - NOT a criticism!). Only a couple of blocks from the Lehel U-Bahn station, so easy to get around. I would definitely consider this hotel in the future.

The hotel and room were modern and clean. Lots of storage options in the room. The custom shelving and desk seems very well made. The windows open in various ways which was kind of cool! Maybe that's the norm in Germany? The mini fridge in the room was handy. The only negative, if there is one, would be the bathroom was a bit tight. While washing my face over the sink I had to keep my elbows tucked close. But it was clean and modern, so overall, a good bathroom. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There was also a water jug at the front desk / bar area. We choose to have breakfast out, so cannot comment on the breakfast. It's about an 18 minute walk to Marienplatz, so not totally central, but close enough, and very quiet being a few blocks from absolute city center. Overall, a great stay! I would stay again.
