Top notch staff from reception to breakfast service. Very pleasant welcome and excellent breakfast. Beautifully clean rooms. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and views, plenty of parking, Room was clean, check in ends at 7 so just me mindful at that the hosts were kind enough to call and wait for us.

We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink of sherry or whiskey. The room was very clean and close to the breakfast dining area. The breakfast is 5 Star featuring local products. The staff were very friendly and willing to share local information. Harbour House is very close to local restaurants and cafes and they are in walkable distance.

Property and rooms are clean. Breakfast was good as well. It gets 4 star for two reasons, small bathroom sink, I mean small, 1x1 literally, shower is inside tub for which you have to climb over 1.5 feet in bath tub, bath tub is located on a platform. There is literally no space between bathrub and Toilet. Unless u r a toddler, it will be impossible to sit on it. Lastly, only warm water in shower

Very clean, quiet location with a warm welcome and good service. Accommodation whilst excellent was tight on space especially en-suite but still very good.

Great staff, great location. Would be a good idea to tell guests that salt is used when making porridge.

Room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

A really nice place and my second visit. Staff are really helpful and breakfast is a huge treat with beautiful views of the Loch and mountains.

If you are going to Ullapool, stay at Harbour House. Period. It's an easy walk to town, the views are absolutely gorgeous and the staff were wonderful. We splurged and stayed in a loch view cabin and the minute we walked in thought, "We could stay here for a few more days." It's a bed and breakfast, so if you want it there are both full breakfast and continental style. Our friends stayed in the main building and couldn't rave more.

Plenty of places to eat in easy walking distance. Lovely view of the loch. Super staff.

Cannot fault the Harbour Bed and Breakfast. It’s clean and comfortable and perfect for a stop off when travelling the North Coast 500. The breakfast was great just what we needed to start the day. Only thing I would say is the rooms are functional but not overly roomy. This was not a problem for us as we were aware this would be the case. But if you weren’t you may be disappointed. Thank you Harbour B&B we enjoyed our stay and the complimentary sherry and shortbread was a lovely touch and much appreciated!

Breakfast was amazing the choice was brilliant. Our rooms were facing the Loch absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. Thank you world definitely recommend.

Lovely one night stay. We stayed in a small room overlooking Loch Broom. The view was amazing, fantastic location, short walk to Ullapool eateries. Breakfast choice was good. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The location is pretty good here. It was disappointing for there not to be a bar for the evening, even if there is no restaurant. I think that’s an oversight in my opinion, but the business never claimed to be anything other than it is. A dram on arrival was a nice touch with a shortbread biscuit, and breakfast was ok. Disappointing sausage! Room was small, bed was small. Both were clean though and overall we enjoyed our stay.
