Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying.

We only stayed for two days. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Lots of area in the hotel to lounge or work. Spa and the gym are outstanding. Biggest gym I ever seen in a hotel. They even had a barre/yoga and Pilates rooms. Incredible!

Excellent service

Went for a couples weekend away to celebrate a birthday. One word ... INCREDIBLE! Every details was though of down to the birthday cake in the room and even covering the little red standby light on the TV! There is some building work nearby but generally the grounds are beautiful. Every staff member says hello, has a little chat with you and makes you feel right at home. The bed ... The best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Great TV with casting from our device. Food was quite expensive but tasty, but if it is too expensive you can always go to nearby towns. The spa is lovely and peaceful (other than kids swim time). Shame the Japanese foot bath didn't work. Everything is kept so clean. Really great experience.

Gorgeous property, with a fantastic spa and therapists. Polite & lovely staff. Third year in a row attending for my birthday and I will be returning.

We came for the pool facilities, which are fantastic. The room was big and comfortable, as were the beds. The main restaurant was over-priced, particularly the children’s menu.

Fairmont Windsor Park offers a lovely experience for couples and families, with various dining options and close proximity to Windsor Park, where you can spot deer. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are modern. However, there was a booking issue where a king room booked via Expedia was switched to a queen room upon arrival, with a £30 fee to upgrade back to the originally booked room. After a brief dispute at check-out, the fee was waived. Despite this hiccup, the stay was overall enjoyable.

Amazing weekend stay. The restaurant was top notch & would definitely recommend it. The wellness spa is exceeded. Only 3 downsides to address: 1. The toilets do not flush well, 2. The internet service is bad 3. Something should be done to minimise the foot traffic in the salt room so as not to disturb the experience. Doors constantly slamming quite loudly doesn't help.

Great the best I have stayed in. Blow the cost. Will return.
