I recently stayed at Fairmont Windsor Park and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel and its grounds were spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. While we did encounter a few minor issues with the service, I was impressed with how quickly and professionally they were resolved once mentioned – a sign of excellent customer care. One of the standout features of our stay was the spa. Without a doubt, it’s the best I’ve experienced – luxurious, well-equipped, and incredibly relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed after the weekend. In summary, Fairmont Windsor Park is an exceptional place that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality break

Excelent hotel very near to the Egham train station where trains are going to Askot taking about 15 minutes, avoiding the long trafic queues to reach Askot by car. Very good restaurants and bar, indoor and outdoor pool as well as a spa. The staff is very fiendly and get everything you need. It is clearly an option for next year Askot races.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. A family with 4 young children and we were really looked after. The service was good and the hotel is amazing. It helped that the hotel had great activities for children for half term. The only fault is the pool times for children are a bit limited but it was fine.

Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying.

We only stayed for two days. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Lots of area in the hotel to lounge or work. Spa and the gym are outstanding. Biggest gym I ever seen in a hotel. They even had a barre/yoga and Pilates rooms. Incredible!

Went for a couples weekend away to celebrate a birthday. One word ... INCREDIBLE! Every details was though of down to the birthday cake in the room and even covering the little red standby light on the TV! There is some building work nearby but generally the grounds are beautiful. Every staff member says hello, has a little chat with you and makes you feel right at home. The bed ... The best hotel bed I have ever slept in! Great TV with casting from our device. Food was quite expensive but tasty, but if it is too expensive you can always go to nearby towns. The spa is lovely and peaceful (other than kids swim time). Shame the Japanese foot bath didn't work. Everything is kept so clean. Really great experience.
