I had such a lovely stay at The Exmouth Beach Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and absolutely lovely. My room was spotless and the shower room clean. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. The variety of food was incredible. This hotel is a little gem and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A special thank you to the brilliant staff. Thank you 😊

Only there for 1 night.Great location, hotel was a bit tired thou. Note parking is free on the road outside hotel from 6pm to 9 am

Our room was clean and spacious, comfy beds and decent shower, staff were helpful and friendly, we didn't have breakfast, the bar didn't seem to be used much, Hotel is very close for town, pubs, cafes and restaurants

Hotel is situated on tbe Exmouth seafront. We arrived early but were able to park up although the parking area is very unstable. On checking in the guy on reception was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a corner spa bath which was lovely. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre where there are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Double room on small size. Bed was a small double. Sea view was lovely. Breakfast was good. Limited parking managed to get space for 3 nights. Had problem with leaking toilet from 1st day. Reported every day, never seemed to resolve. Towels stuffed at back of toilet to soak up. Not great. Only sorted we think on day left.

Disappointing to be told that daily parking outside the hotel was £8 a day and was expecting breakfast to be included in the cost -£24 per couple per day. Thank goodness there was a Wetherspoons in Exmouth- foe 2 good breakfasts with unlimited tea coffee or hot chocolate cost total for 2 £13

Room was pleasant but very small. The shower room was tiny. The cooked breakfast was well cooked good quality and tasty. There was too much highly processed breads, cakes and cereals. No nuts, seeds or dried fruit.

Hotel has obviously been run down and needs a lot of work done. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I wish them all the luck with their dream

Parking was slightly awkward due to lack of space but overall excellent stay.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The desk is scarcely manned. The phone just rings and rings. A sign in lugubrious English is left out for those already at the hotel with a mobile number on it, but those who are trying to call in advance are damned. There is a stench of damp in the hallway. The room is small, dark and unclean. Not recommended by any stretch of the imagination.

The hotel is on the beach and a close walk to centre of town and very close to the marina. The room was clean and bright. Staff are very helpful, welcoming and professional.

Sam ( Manager), was very welcoming ,approachable and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The bedroom was immaculate , there were plenty of warm drink provions, soft towels and toiletries provided. Our breakfast foods were fresh& tasty- there was a variety of cereals if you wishes, cooked breakfast, warm and cold drinks. Parking is at the front of the hotel and only £6 per night. All of the staff were very friendly and we would definitely recommend staying there. The sea is accords the road. Will definitely book again… Sam even carried our suitcases to our car. Very pleased-5 star!
