Overall we enjoyed our stay except for the drama of only having 1 lift operational to service 31 floors and 2 basement carpark levels for our entire 7 night stay from Boxing day onwards. We then learnt by chatting with others in the packed lift trips that just the 1 lift has been operational for the past 7-8 weeks. The staff were obviously told to tell people it will be fixed in a few days as most guests complete thier holiday in a week or so. In saying that we conversed with 1 particular member of staff at the front desk and she was very nice and sympathetic to everyone’s frustration. Another cause for concern was they would not allow the fire stair case doors to be unlocked so you could not use the stairs from one floor to the next.

Madison at reception was lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was quite dusty though and there was not enough washing liquid etc...for the amount of time we were there.

Clean, staff are friendly it would be great if both elevators are working. But overall, pleasant stay and close to everything.

Koko was very conveniently located. Close to everything. Clean comfortable and well appointed apartment. The bedrooms are a little tight but plenty of space otherwise. Parting great bit tight if you have a medium-large car. We had a Rav4 and cornets were tight. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Loved the pool/BBQ area. Nice relaxed stay.

The staff were lovely. The apartment had great views of the ocean.

Close to shops

Parking space was available to each tenant. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the apartments were big and lovely. Oh the views were just amazing! I would totally go back and stay there! Front desk ladies were super friendly and helpful. Koko was just a few meters away from the beach. A walk away from the Mall, and Coles. I just love the place.

Great apartment and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Only fault is the parking - it’s very small and will not accommodate sedan or larger.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-equipped with everything you needed, and in a fantastic location — close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

All was really good, carpets were a little marked, spoke to them in office and they said they were organising the carpets to get cleaned soon! Everything else good!

Spent a week in this well equipped spacious two bedroom apartment located in South Broadbeach close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Also just a 10 minute walk to Pacific Square.

Weather was amazing and the immediate area has everything you need. I suggest dinner at the Kurrawa Surf Club about 100m away..... good pieces and excellent food!!!!

Lovely, clean property close to many dining options, beach and supermarket, Would definitely stay here again.
