10回以上利用していますが、毎回清潔感あり良いです。

객실도 청결하고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 지내는데 부족함이 없었습니다 좋은 시간 보내고 갑니다^^

グアムのホテルの中で部屋が最上級に良い

ブュッフェもとても美味しくて大満足です！ 部屋も新しく豪華で快適でした。

部屋のクオリティ、部屋の清掃、コンシェルジュの対応、クラブラウンジでのスタッフの対応、全てにおいて満足でした。 グアムに来たら、次もツバキタワーに泊まりたいです。

It was nice time for me to stay in the tsubaki tower. Everything was perfect especially, executive floor staffs were very helpful and they serve us as a family. I will be there again and again. Great!

First of all, the stunnign view made me speachless. Cannot believe every room has this kind ocean view. It was totally worth it. Second of all, the staff there was so kind. Every single person, especially those in the lounge and dining areas, made my hotel stay truly special. If I have another chance to visit Guam, I will definitely stay here again.
