Perfect location for exploring Roma Norte and La Condesa. It’s a quiet neighborhood. We loved the park across the street from the hotel.

This property is centrally located. Close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. Located in a very walkable area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Uma boa opção para quem quer evitar os hotelões. Localização ótima (fica em frente a uma praça muito arborizada), quarto amplo e muito limpo, funcionários afáveis, café da manhã bom, embora com opções limitadas (não é self service). Tem um delicioso café privado no térreo, muito frequentado por jovens que trabalham à distância. A vizinhança tem muitas opções de restaurantes. Dois senões: as portas dos quartos são muito próximas e batem com estrondo, incomodando o sono. O prédio tem um único elevador, que não chega ao quinto andar, onde é servido o café da manhã; pode ser um problema para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Além disso, quebrou na véspera da minha saída e não havia sido reparado até o checkout (não por negligência, mas por dificuldades técnicas).

Room service made sure that the room was in very good condition every day. The bathroom had a few spots of non-professional touches (paint on the bottom edges) but did not detract much. Complementary wine bottle on the first day was a good touch. Breakfast was excellent and service great.

Very accommodating and perfectly located

This was my first time in Mexico City and Hotel Luca was amazing! It is located in Roma Norte, a very safe and fun spot to be. Very walkable and some of the most amazing restaurants were barely three blocks away from the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable. Bed and linens were comfortable. We had air conditioning, housekeeping gave us fresh towels daily. The best thing about this hotel was the complimentary free breakfast that is available 7:30-noon. It is located on the top terrace so every morning we were greeted with friendly staff and fresh squeeze orange juice and brewed coffee. We had a platter of fresh fruits, pastries and had a choice of omelette, pancakes or chilaquiles. Staff was so accommodating. Was so easy to Uber to different places around the city. This was seriously the perfect hotel, especially for a first time visitor!! Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, buena atención

I loved the location this hotel was, very convenient. The free daily breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious. The only bad thing about this hotel was its a bit noisy. Also, it has very big windows and the curtains have gaps. I had to use a hair clip to close the gaps better. If you are a light sleeper come prepare with an eye mask and ear plugs. I would recommend this hotel because of the location and the free daily breakfast.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a gorgeous area. Very helpful and friendly staff. The dining at the front of the hotel was delicious 😋. I would definitely come back.

Nice safe location in front of dog friendly park. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs. Plenty of nice places to eat, cafes, groceries, and banking within a short walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious and had an option to buy from a menu. The breakfast terrace had inside and outside tables. The goodbye pumpkin flower ice-cream bars were delicious. Room was spacious and cool. The cool fan gets a little to get useto. The mini fridge is stocked each day with a few drinks. I borrowed an iron from reception. No iron board. Best to iron before coming. I highly recommend this place.

Hola el hotel está bien ubicado. Buena ropa de cama. Faltan cortinas para tener privacidad. No hay un carro para cargar maletas y no todos tenemos las mismas necesidades. No hay servicio para congelar hielo manejo meds.

We traveled as a couple for four days. We picked the hotel for its central location in Roma Norte. We were impressed with the hotel, its staff, and good breakfast in the morning. The bonus was the wonderful coffee house attached to the hotel. The room was clean and a decent size. I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. Clothes dresser would have been nice to have.
