Das Einchecken erfolgte komplett in Selbstbedienung und es ist schwer vorstellbar, wie das Einchecken ablaufen soll, wenn das Handy tot ist oder keinen Empfang hat! Es gibt ein Geräusch im Zimmer, das alle paar Minuten für ein paar Sekunden von der Klimaanlage kommt, auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist! Ich musste wegen des Lärms Ohrstöpsel benutzen, um zu schlafen! Es gab keine Hinweise im Zimmer, die mir geholfen hätten, den Service zu finden. Ich schickte eine Nachricht, um das Hotel über die App zu kontaktieren, ohne eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten! Der hohe Preis und die schlechte Erfahrung haben mich zu einem Clown gemacht!

Convenient and walkable

Pro: Good facilities. Comfortable. Con: Too many staircases (even within same floor). Not completely soundproof. Not all rooms are labeled with room numbers. A bit of distance from Luzern Train Station.

Room was nice and clean and laundry facilities was great. Beware of the magical room safes were your valuables can disappear. Wish I would have watched YouTube about this before using it.

optisch schön, gute Lage, aber mobiler Zimmerschlüssel und die meisten Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht.

Perfect location in The Old Town. Convenient self check-in and phone room key. High tech laundry room via app was a plus I was not expecting. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aside from the great location, aesthetics and initial interaction with the staff, this hotel was a very bad experience. The main issue is the obnoxiously loud machinery noise every few minutes (including overnight) from a generator or something else in the hotel. I think the hotel knows this, as they even include ear plugs in the bathroom. It is a very low pitched noise and also comes at random times which means we did not get much sleep during our stay. The walls are also very thin and can hear most of the surrounding rooms. The room itself is quite clean and a fridge was a bonus. However, the kitchen stovetop kettle and pot were rusty so we had to get our hot water from the community room.

Clean, affordable, convenient to train and walkable to many sites. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Located in the center of the Lucern city hub. Very convenient amd close to the bus stop and the Lucern Train Station. The room was clean and the kitchen has all the amenities except a microwave oven. The luggage locker is very useful for us. But it would be better if there is a lock on the door which can be opened by the residents only.

We had a lovely time at the hotel- Check-in was easy, same with checkout.

Location was a great 10 min walk from train station. Very clean - tight space for 4 Unfortunately no hot water at 8 am for the shower though.
