Very clean and comfy, close to everything, highly recommended

Mahtava majoitus. Siisti huoneisto ja kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Ainoa miinus siitä, että huoneistossa oli todella kuuma ja jostain syystä huonekohtaisen termostaatin toiminta ei oikein ollut riittävä.

Staying at Bob W Ambassador is an excellent experience. The environment is perfect, and the support provided via WhatsApp is both effective and sufficient. I highly recommend that visitors choose to stay at Bob W Ambassador.

Everything was perfect, but the only downside was that there was no elevator

Everything was 10/10, even better, entertaining. I may have not booked the property noticing that there is no lift. I had 2 large industrial cases and getting them even on the second floor was a challenge. There are also 3 stairs to the building and another half floor stairs behind the entry.

Well it wasn’t amazing, but it was adequate for the price.

We had a great time at Bob's! We were two mothers and four children staying in a flat. Very easy to find, very easy to get in to the hotel despite no front desk. Very good communication. Nice slick and clean apartment at a good location. And a fantastic price as well! We'll definitely come back to one of Bob's hotels again.

Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Städtetrip nach Tallinn. Recht zentral gelegen, Kooperation mit einem Fitnessstudio (mit Sauna und Schwimmbad) und ein komplett digitaler Prozess.

Small room, difficult to get to bed. There are better rooms also.

Had a lovely time at Bob W Tallinn. The team were so helpful and we had everything we needed included in the room - such as towels and cleaning products which I haven’t found come with aparthotels often. I would recommend to anyone coming to Tallinn to stay at Bob W.

We had an amazing stay at Bob W Hotel in Tallinn! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short 3-5 minute walk to multiple bus stops, neighborhoods, restaurants, grocery stores, and museums, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel was clean, and the small, thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Instead of worrying about keys or keycards, we were simply given a code to enter at the main entrance and then again at our room. It was so convenient—just keeping the code handy was all we needed! One of the highlights was the 24/7 WhatsApp chat—and the best part? It wasn’t automated! A real person was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Diana at the front desk, who gave us local recommendations, whether we had dietary restrictions or wanted to dive into the local food scene. Her extra tips and friendly conversation really stood out! We also loved the Instax polaroid camera available for guests—it was such a cool touch! While we had to go out and buy our own film, we had so much fun capturing memories with it. Other small but thoughtful details, like the postcards, tote bag, and personalized welcome message, made the place feel warm and inviting. We’ve already been recommending Bob W to our friends and would 100% stay here again!

It’ll be good to have elevators. Also, note the the gym is outside the hotel with 250m distance.
