Really like the free breakfast was really worth it to start off the morning Hotel was good for price and very clean and close to oopular locations

Empezaré por lo bueno: su ubicación está MUY cerca del zócalo; el personal es DEMASIADO atento, servicial, amables y empáticos. La habitación genial, el desayuno increíble. Lo único malo es que expedia indicó que habría una botella de vino de cortesía y no cumplieron, por lo demás de maravilla. Lo recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE.

We loved this place

I felt safe. Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I just wished the room had a TV and the restroom had a closed ceiling.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great they offered filtered water only thing was that there no air conditioning or elevators, shops were nearby but some parts were questionable but we loved it.. will visit again

The bed felt like it was broken. It was sunken and not firm at all.

This was a cozy place to stay with traditional architecture and full of culture. Being within walking distance from Centro was such a convenience! Also down the street from taco vendors! The complementary breakfast and free coffee were great to have, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind! I would love to visit CDMX again, and definitely would stay at Colmena again.

Great location. I was worried my room would be noisy near the breakfast area as I am a light sleeper, but there were absolutely no issues. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel is very clean. Nice touches like a welcome small wine bottle, coffee, tea, and water available all day. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others

Habitación limpia, cama y almohadas muy cómodas. No hay tv en habitaciones. Buen desayuno. Personal muy amable. Ubicación excelente!

stayed here for EDC MX and it was perfect! staff was very nice and helpful. if we needed something we just sent a message through WhatsApp and they’d respond quickly and bring us what we needed. complimentary breakfast in the morning was so convenient for us. the room was very spacious and comfortable. it felt really safe because we had a key for our room, as well as a key to the hotel entrance since it’s locked the entire time to keep strangers out. we came back from edc around 3am and had no issues getting in. the area was great there were many restaurants, food vendors, and shops nearby. i will say it was hard sometimes for our ubers to navigate the streets around because there’s many vendors during the day that take up space on the street. but other than that the location was still close enough to uber to landmarks and we were able to walk to cathedrals and museums. my favorite part was a kitty that lives at the hotel and would walk around and be friendly to guests:) would stay here again!

Great area, but the street can be lonely at night, so if traveling alone, I can see that being a concern.
