I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Its location is perfect—just a short walk to the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The staff were absolutely incredible throughout my stay. They were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

Phenomenal location and VERY quiet for how close to the Zocalo it is. I wouldn't say the staff or amenities were above and beyond and honestly felt a little catfished by the room photos but overall it's a good little stay for the price. Breakfast is solid. Hotel cat was cute.

a really good stay at the hotel 👍 The location was excellent—Zócalo was very close and easy to walk to. There were also many stores nearby, which made shopping super convenient. Food options around the area were great and easy to find. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Very clean and great location. The staff were incredibly friendly to us and our kids. The only thing is there is no AC but they provide fans. Would stay again.

Hotel is very central and very secure. Great location for walking but not so great when you need a taxi to get to you for the airport run

There is no help to get your luggage up to your room, since there is no elevator No AC either as stated in the description. The staff was not friendly, there was only one lady that was kind. There was a cat walking all over the kitchen utensils area where they serve breakfast FYI.

During the checkin only a Spanish-speaking housekeeping staff was available to let us in. We had 2 suits for 6 people. The rooms were spacious but floor was dusty. There was not enough bedding for the extra 2 people. Fortunately we had 2 rooms are were able to combine the linens, some of which was blood-stained and washed. The towels were old and too few for 4 people. The decor of the lobby was nice. the refrigerator in one of our two rooms was dirty. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. We moved to a different hotel after only one night. This hotel refused to refund us the money for the unused nights....

I would recommend this hotel just for the location. A quiet tree line side street in the historic district but in the middle of everything. Not only does it have location, it is a charming building, with a pleasant shared courtyard. The staff was gracious, and helpful. Breakfast was good and tea and coffee service all the time. I would definitely stay here again.

2泊を別のタイミングとサイトで予約したため，部屋を変わる必要があった． 2泊目はよりグレードの高い，広い部屋となったのだが，道路沿いで，深夜まで外の音が煩く，元も部屋の方が落ち着けた． 古い建物をメンテナンスして，ホテルとしているため，設備はあまり望めないが，朝食は見える場所で調理した暖かいものが出され，野菜も採れて大変ありがたかった． スタッフとのやり取りは多くなかったが，基本的に感じの良い人たちだった． 立地は中心地で良かったが，ワールドカップ期間中は中心地の道路封鎖が多く，タクシーがホテル前まで来れないなど，少し問題が生じた．
