세번째 방문이지만 여전히 좋은 호텔입니다. 주변의 콜차구아 박물관은 깜짝 놀랄 미이라 머리가 있습니다.

Mi experiencia en este hotel estuvo muy lejos de justificar el valor de aproximadamente $180.000 CLP por noche. La relación calidad-precio simplemente no existe. Uno de los mayores problemas fue la pésima aislación entre habitaciones. Se escuchaban conversaciones, ruidos de baños y movimientos de piezas continuas durante toda la noche, lo que hizo muy difícil descansar. Además, las ventanas no cumplen adecuadamente su función de aislación térmica ni acústica, entrando frío y ruido exterior constantemente. El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba en mal estado: se apagaba repetidamente y funcionaba de manera inestable. Para empeorar aún más la situación, la manguera de desagüe del aire acondicionado de la habitación superior caía directamente sobre el equipo exterior de mi habitación, generando un golpeteo constante durante toda la noche, imposible de ignorar. La ropa de cama tampoco era adecuada para la temporada fría, algo básico considerando el nivel de tarifa que cobra el hotel. Entiendo que ningún hotel es perfecto, pero cuando se cobra una tarifa tan alta, se espera un estándar mínimo acorde al precio. No se puede fijar un valor de $180.000 CLP al azar; debe existir una verdadera relación entre precio, comodidad y calidad del servicio ofrecido. Lamentablemente, en este caso, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado.

The hotel had a great buffet breakfast which was included with your stay. The staff were helpful and friendly would offer to book restaurant reservations. The only complaint was we found the air conditioner fan to loud.

What a beautiful hotel! Excellent generous breakfast, clean room overlooking the vineyard, kind and helpful staff, lovely pool area to relax in, and three restaurants on site or within easy walking distance. Not located in town so you need to drive a few minutes to grocery stores or the museum, but perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in nature.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização linda ao redor das parreiras. Boa piscina, porém deveriam colocar mais espreguiçadeiras. Quarto amplo e confortável. Travesseiro bom. Chuveiro mediano. Vale a pena!

It is situated in the midfle of a vineyard - so it is certainly quiet. Great base for exploring (by own car or taxi) the Uco Valley. It is a 20 minute walk to the road! Simple but stylish place. Gym is just for show… $300 dollars would sort it out! Staff were very helpful. This is a unique place for a wine aficionado!

Beautiful setting next to a vineyard, with a pool. Restaurant on-site. Well maintained grass. Clean room with nice bedsheets and a good A/C. Good breakfast in a beautiful setting. Very nice views to the vineyard from the room and the restaurant. The explanation given about charging IVA to Chileans who don’t reside in the country, could be more clear. The IVA exemption is based on having a piece of paper from immigration, stating the amount of time allowed to stay. That piece of paper isn’t given to any Chileans because there’s naturally no restrictions to stay forever. So, Chilean non-residents get charged 19% extra, compared to non-Chilean non-residents. The exterior balcony of the room could be a bit cleaner from cobwebs. The shower pressure could be higher. The pool is cold but they’re honest about it. I liked the pool. Be advised that you can hear other guests talking outside or walking in the room above. But otherwise no noise comes from the property surroundings. We slept nicely. The double/twin beds can be converted back and forth. Just let them know. Overall a good stay.

Adorei o hotel!! Quarto excelente, amplo, com um banheiro lindo e funcional. Decoração clássica mas com utensílios modernos como aquecedor e TV novos! Café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito atenciosos. A vista do quarto pro vinhedo é linda e a piscina da todo um charme a mais. Adorei, recomendo e voltaria! A região do hotel também é cheia de restaurantes bons pra jantar!

We were greeted by Rosita who was the most lovely hostess ever. She had our rooms ready early and adjusted to our requests. She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan. Rosita went over and above our expected hospitality. And her English was amazing. We WILL be back.

Foi minha segunda vez neste hotel. A primeira vez ficamos encantados com o hotel, mas desta vez sentimos falta de cuidado com o local, com luminárias sujas e instalações que precisam de mais cuidado. O hotel continua bom, a localização é ótima e bem próximo a vários restaurantes excelentes. A vista é muito linda, tanto para a cordilheira como também para os vinhedos. O café da manhã piorou também e deixou de ser ótimo para razoável.

Great hotel in the Colchagua valley. Rooms are spacious and clean. Grounds are beautiful and the pool is restful! Staff are friendly and always eager to help. The restaurant serves tasty food and many wine options.

TerraVina is clean but rustic. Friendly, helpful staff with and a quiet country feel with a nice pool and restaurant. Solid 3 star hotel
