Wonderful stay. Staff were engaging, helpful and polite. The room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped and had its own private seating area outside. The breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients. Came for a party, which went well and very glad we stayed over

Excellent breakfast. Very attentive staff. Room was very comfortable with little extras like bottled water and cookies on arrival. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large with nice soaps.

I stayed in a room in the main building above the restaurant and it was loud day and night, so long as people were eating. It was if the walls were made with paper, I’m not sure anyone could get a decent rest. I came back from a long day out and wanted a quick day time nap and was woken up by noise from the restaurant. I think the inn is also under staffed. The service was horrible at the bar and restaurant. Staff was slow, we were barely tended to, and they forgot our order once. No attention to details. They were nice, just really poor service.

A delightful hotel with beautiful grounds, in a great location if travelling. The restaurant was very good with tasty food and a varied menu, The staff were very helpful.

The check in process was effortless. The room was clean. The shower was amazing. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The gentleman with the beard was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. The staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and always had a smile on their face.

I cannot say enough about how magical this place is! Perfectly situated for day trips throughout the Cotswolds. The definition of quaint and charming cottage in the English countryside. We had dinner and breakfast every day and the food is amazing!!

Gorgeous, clean room, wonderful premises, and super staff.

The room was ok .. spacious bedroom area although the bathroom was tiny and the door opened into it so that made it even smaller. There was a large cobweb on the bathroom ceiling. The staff that “welcomed” us at check in and I use that term extremely loosely were sadly lacking in customer service skills. We had to ask where the room was and even then the directions weren’t helpful. There was another member of staff sitting around doing nothing which looks very unprofessional. One of our bathroom towels was dirty and I asked the reception staff if someone could replace it with a clean one. No apology which was disappointing. Similarly when we checked out no one bothered asking if everything had been ok with our stay. I will however say that the food in the restaurant is exceptional. We had dinner on the Saturday evening and the restaurant was very busy as you would expect. Service was excellent, friendly waiting staff and the food was out of this world. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend the restaurant but steer clear of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Staff were great and attentive. Particularly those serving at breakfast. Room was super cosy and cute. Only issue was that the smell of drainage hit us as soon as we opened our hotel room door - we were room 3. Fantastic stay otherwise and would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2nights, I originally booked a cozy room but was upgraded on arrival, the room was beautiful, fresh cookies everyday , tea coffee replenished, the bed so comfortable, the location was perfect for getting around the Cotswolds and at night the hotel looked was stunning loved the water wheel , we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious I can’t fault the hotel at all

Everything about Frogmill was absolutely perfect from the pet friendly accommodation to the excellent food. Great choice for our over night stop on our way home from our holiday
