Ensure your device supports eSIM activation. You can check by dialing *#06# or by viewing the list of compatible devices here.

Receiving the eSIM QR Code

Once your booking is confirmed, your eSIM QR code will be sent to your email within 30 minutes.

Make sure to check on the QR code validity period once received.

The QR code cannot be used after the validity period has passed.

Please note that the eSIM is active after installation.

Save the eSIM activation QR code to your device or take a screenshot for easy access.

How to Activate your eSIM on iOS:

Open Settings: Go to your device's Settings.

Go to Cellular: Tap on Cellular.

Add Cellular Plan: Select Add Cellular Plan.

Scan the QR Code: Screenshot the QR code provided to you and tap on Open Photos (only for iOS 17 or above).

Select Add Cellular Plan: Tap Add Cellular Plan from the photo gallery.

Label Your Cellular Plan: Choose a label for your new plan and tap Continue.

Set Default Line: Choose primary.

Configure iMessage and FaceTime: Set up your network for iMessage and FaceTime.

APN: Some phones may need additional configuration, such as setting up APN (Access Point Name) details. If prompted, enter the correct APN information provided by your carrier.

If you can't activate your eSIM by scanning the QR code, you can do it manually:

On the Scan QR code step, select Enter Details Manually.

Input the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided by your provider, which can be found in your email or on their app/website.

Follow the remaining steps as before to complete the activation.

How to Use your eSIM on iOS:

Choose Cellular Data Plan: Select Secondary or your eSIM profile for cellular data, then tap Done.

Upon arrival in the destination country, select your eSIM for Cellular Data and enable Data Roaming.

If necessary, restart your device for the changes to take effect.

After these steps, your eSIM will be activated and ready to use!
