Freundliches Personal, aber das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer war leider absolut nicht einladend. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl.

Hi Wotif, 2 cockroaches welcomed in the bathroom. Insects moving around on the bed. Also caught it on my carrying bag in the morning. Bed too soft, probably old. It was not worth spending $176 for a night stay. I will avoid staying at Ibis hotels from now on. Hopefully Quest stay better for tonight.

We weren’t told our room was on the third floor with no lifts, as I have copd it was very difficult climbing three flights of stairs. There was no bed side table or chair to put my cpap machine on or a fridge to keep drinks cold. None of this was explained at the time of booking.

We didn’t end up getting to stay due to flight issues but the staff were understanding so thank you

Staff was really lovely. The cleanliness of the room, towels, and pool were disappointing. the tap handles in the restroom continuously got stuck & leaked. The pool only had one chair beside it.

Staff were great, room is shocking, smell of mould in the bathroom, although bed was nice and clean sheets were nice too

Air conditioning didn’t work, room was 35 degrees on arrival. No after hours number to call and request assistance. Zero sleep as a result. Left voicemail for someone to call me, no response.

The noise and people keeping us awake all night fighting outside and swimming in the pool and there was a beer bottle in the pool

The room was clean, but had a weird smell. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

The staff who works at the reception was great and helpful. But the room was terrible. It’s dirty on the floor and the dirty on the wall. Smelly, and it should not be recommended for Expedia members.

The room was standard for this hotel chain. The bathroom was showing signs of age & rust in metal trims, the shower tap handle fell off! It was very noisy overnight, with guests’ dogs barking, and people talking loudly in the corridors as they returned late in the night. The reception staff seemed to disappear at peak check in time, leading to a queue of guests waiting in the foyer. The breakfast was not as varied as the advertising inferred, with the pancake machine broken and no fruit being made available. Certainly not value for money, sadly. Our previous, recent, experience with Ibis Budget in South Wales UK was amazing, so we were understandably disappointed with this site.
