The room was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was large enough to comfortably accommodate two people. The location and layout was impressive, with the large swimming pool being a welcome and refreshing relief from the heat. Staff were friendly and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

I gave a 5 starts review because I think the current grades do it some injustice. The beds in this hotel are simply fabulous. Regarding the room -in our first visit we were upgraded to a room starting with 3 (in the river block) and this room was excellent. In our second visit we stayed in a rooms starting with 2 and the room needed some update, and more intriguing - was located on the main road so noisy. So in order to fully enjoy - ask for a room in the river block or at least a room not facing the road. The coupon provided in reception makes the breakfast buffet a great deal. It was too cold for the pool and it is less inviting than the picture they publish.
