Room was neat and tidy, but good do with a big spring clean. I called ahead to see if we could arrive early as were going to a show, a lady said no problem.. When we arrive guy said not until 2pm, and we are all booked out.. But ended up upgrading us and getting us in as agreed.

The apartment (96, 2 bedroom) was very run down. Marks and dents on the walls, lots of stains on the carpet, the toilet flush was temperamental and completely stopped working by the last day of my stay. I understand that a lot of serviced apartments in Brisbane are in a similar poor maintenence state due to bad quality of building developments in the last 10 years. But at least the room should have been a bit more clean. There was dust on the bedside table and cigarette butts on the balcony floor when I arrived. The pool, gym and spa were closed for maintenance, which was not mentioned in the Hotel.com ad. I only saw that after making the booking (in fine print). The staff was attentive and kind when I complained about it and provided me with a kichen tea towel when I requested (as that wasn't in the standard cleaning pack).

Toilet inlet water was leaking, so floor had a puddle. 2nd bathroom sink was blocked so it could not be use. Dining table chairs were loose, felt very unsafe to sit on. One of the sofas is broken, when you sit on it the back comes off. Most kitchen utensils were useless, the fry pan was warped and unusable, there was no toaster as well. Carpet had some very unpleasant stain in the living area. There was holes on the wall. Looking out the window towards neighbour unit there was a lot of rubbish, it was not pleasant to see. Location is good but I would not stay there again. Looks like owners don’t value customers.

Lucky we only stayed for one night. Unfortunately this property is long overdue for a make over. The kitchen fold windows were broken, stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, lounges were worn out, dining room table chairs were wonky, curtains coming off of the railing, damaged window frames and parking was rather unorganized in the way with parking spots. It was fine for one night however I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s tired and in desperate need for some tlc. If you’re looking for more then one night and with a family, I would not recommend here.

Very disappointing, is not in the shape as the photos. Carpets are stained, dishwasher was not working. Door handles not working, air con is extremely old. Beds (two beds pushed together) were uncomfortable.

Dirty flooring, dirty walls, one not two bathrooms, broken bed, etc.

The first room had very poor cleanliness. I saw dust about 1 cm thick on the curtains (not joking). There were three chairs in the room—two of them were wobbly, and one was even worse: the leg was already rotting. Anyone who sat on it would almost certainly fall when it broke apart. I wish I could share photos here. A couple of amenities were also out of order, but I couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was fully booked. I'm not sure why they would release a room in such condition—it only damages their reputation. Also, the service hours start at 9:00 am, but clearly, no one was working on time. They really need to improve their service. Even though they gave us a better room on the second day, the shock from the first room was hard to forget.

Apartment was spacious but that’s about where the positives stop, needs some serious improvement. There is a notice saying they have recently taken over a few months ago however basic things like the sheets having multiple stains, carpet also having stains, hair in the bed, damaged artworks left in the cupboards, fridge not working correctly. Would avoid for now.

Cleanliness and housekeeping not good at all. Needs major upgrade. Good location

I appreciate the work that the staff put in however we faced a lot of issues: - The door didn’t lock properly from the inside and you had to use a lot of force to open the door - strange smell in room - stained lamp shade -

Went to check in to the room, to find a grubby little apartment that was completely unlike the Wotif Photos. One of the bedrooms had the curtain ripped off, with a sign taped to the window saying that a previous guest had damaged the curtain and they would get it fixed ASAP. I told them this room was unacceptable due to the grubbiness and the broken curtain. They offered to move me to another room, which I accepted. This room was only slightly cleaner. There were only 3 chairs for our family of 4, of which 2 chairs were broken. All the locks on bifold window in kitchen were broken, so we couldn’t secure the room, as our balcony was in reach of the pool level. The bifold had no blinds, so the extreme heat came right into the kitchen, meaning you couldn’t leave anything on the bench. The pool was completely ripped apart, even though it is advertised as having pool and gym. Resident said they have been unavailable for 4 years!!! Cook top wouldn’t light, maintenance man said we needed to use a lighter to start it as the electric starters were all broken. All the labels have worn off on the oven, so you can’t use it, as you can’t see any of the settings. The kitchen utensil drawer was broken. You couldn’t sit anything on the coffee table as it looked like it would fall over, it was so wobbly. The towel rail in the bathroom was completely broken off. Both toilets leaked onto the floor, where you needed to stand. Neither of the TV’s worked. After the 2nd night of issues with the
