The staff were very welcoming. Rooms clean and bed comfortable.
Restaurants were in walking distance and shopping just down the road including outlet mall ( small but good stores ).

Very clean, no strange smells or anything inside the room. I felt comfortable enough to walk around the room in socks instead of shoes. Breakfast included sausage, egg, baked home fries, waffle maker, oatmeal packs, fancier pastries, etc. Good selection, though my dad wasn’t impressed with the eggs and it took them a while to refill.
Tiny path to the left of the building that lets you walk to the next door food plazas with some great Japanese food.

The property was clean, the bed comfortable and the service friendly. Our request for a walk-in shower was met. The breakfast was a great touch. The only issue is we had a wheelchair and the ramp to the first floor was very tight and difficult to maneuver. The doors were also tight for the chair so some improvements in accessibility would be nice. Otherwise a great stay.

The hotel was booked at the last minute as my husband had just been released from hospital. The room was on the second floor, no elevator and no transport chair. To be honest when booking the room I didn’t see choices of location or transport chair in the selection. Staff were very accommodating and did their best to assist us however given the circumstances we checked in and checked out within 5 min. Don’t even see the room as my husband could not walk to it.
Very disappointing to discover there was no flexibility from the hotel regarding even a partial refund, given the circumstances and the fact that the room was not even accessed let alone used.
This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. I would not recommend this hotel.

No face towels. Sunday breakfast at 9:00 had long lineups and was empty of almost all food options. No yogurt, sausages or bacon, one serving left of scrambled eggs when I got there. Horrible coffee because of “shelf stable” fake creamers. No real cream for coffee. Real milk only available because of cereal. Although that and the syrup for waffles ran out quickly. A couple of sad apples left. I had to interrupt receptionist who was involved in a very long discussion with a disgruntled customer, to tell receptionist about the breakfast problems. She said the worker was making the missing items. People waited in a line up for a long time after that when the sole worker showed up with a little bowl of eggs, then after five to ten more minutes showed up with a little bowl of sausages and repeat. There was no where to sit, so we sat in the lobby chairs to eat our breakfast.
Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable with clean white linens, shower pressure was fine. Check out to get back $150 damage deposit was quick and easy. Staff were very nice people.

Room is relatively clean other than a hairy bathroom counter, USB receptacles that didn’t work an entry door that did not feel terribly secure and very droopy wallpaper peeling off the walls likely due to heat and humidity, but nonetheless gave the room an overall seedy feel. I’m back next weekend due to work. I sure hope the room I get is better.

People waited in a line up for a long time after that when the sole worker showed up with a little bowl of eggs, then after five to ten more minutes showed up with a little bowl of sausages and repeat. There was no where to sit, so we sat in the lobby chairs to eat our breakfast.
Otherwise the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable with clean white linens, shower pressure was fine. Check out to get back $150 damage deposit was quick and easy. Staff were very nice people.

The outside of the hotel is looking old but the renos inside make up for it. The shower pressure is the only complaint i have about the room. Good location and staff was very friendly

Room is relatively clean other than a hairy bathroom counter, USB receptacles that didn’t work an entry door that did not feel terribly secure and very droopy wallpaper peeling off the walls likely due to heat and humidity, but nonetheless gave the room an overall seedy feel. I’m back next weekend due to work. I sure hope the room I get is better.
