I like this property walkable to restaurants, the falls, and casino and OLG stage. Rate is bit pricey. They should improve on their toiletries. This time we were cold there’s no heat somehow we asked for extra blankets that help us warm through the night. It’s not so comfortable for long stay.

Not a stay to remember.

Clean room but had an issue with hot water. And some mold in thebathroom. Overall nice budget stay.

They charged $16 for parking after we were guest . The room very old fashioned and nothing like a regular hotel . The worker there was very nice the guy who worked behind the desk . He was great to give us extra pillows . The hotel was very disappointed. Would never stay there again

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. It didn’t seem properly cleaned at all—we even found trash under the bed. The bathroom was also not clean, with hairs left behind, which made it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the place felt dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

It was ok. We had a heater so the rm was nice and warm. Not too many plugs worked in the rm. we could have used more blankets .

The room I stayed in had yellowish stain marks leading halfway up to the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling, there was hair in the shower, and all towels had at least a small stain that could have been washed out (or the towel could have been replaced). Plug in your a/c regardless of the outside temperature, as the room will be considerably warm and only worsen through the night. Shops are within walking distance if you're looking to navigate the Clifton Hills or Niagara Falls area. Staff was present, but I didn't need them all that much. Quick check-in process, but watch for hidden fees like nightly parking ($15CAD Per Night). This is a place to stay if you're looking for solo traveling but definitely not a place for a luxury vacation. The general area was safe (considering I am from the Detroit area) but be mindful of your surroundings and stay in well lit areas, as staff will rarely be available past 10-11pm. I say all of this as an honest review, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and was able to put aside the minimal room concerns given that I was so close to my ideal destinations. Great place for a frugal trip, but I would recommend another place for people looking for good amenities and a good nights rest.

It was too hot in the room, the heater and AC was on at the same time. The washrooms weren't fully clean, there was hair in the shower. The receptionist was barely even there, you have to call them three times for them to pick up and sometimes they don't even pick up.

Everything was fine quiet convenient

Room was clean. Staff were very helpful. Rates were very reasonably. Convenient location.

The room is very dirty, there are cockroaches and the heating doesn't work, it's broken and that's where the bugs come from.Also. I gave a $200 deposit and they only gave me back $150. Don't leave anything wrecked, leave everything in great condition.

the room was very nice,it snowed all day & the parking lot was over a foot deep. we checked in about 5 PM, we went to our event & got back around 11PM, the parking lot still hadn't been plowed.got stuck trying to get in. we left at 8 AM it still wasnt plowed. they charge $15 to park. we wont come back.
