Quality Inn & Suites

The place really needs some cleaning, fresh paint, and TLC. I killed 3 bugs in the first night. Breakfast is lackluster and the eating area is not kept clean. As there isn't another hotel to stay in Hawkesbury there is no other option. Won't stay here if I didn't have to.

Great location, excellent staff

The hotel is looking a bit tirted. A few things like carpets and walls could use some new paint or carpets. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Lots of choices both hot and cold.

Good for one night

The room wasn't clean at all. I needed more soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed sheets needed cleaning, and the bathroom and curtain smelled terrible. I'd tell Expedia to drop this hotel from their list. It was a disaster, and I paid $150 for it. I'd rather stay in a hostel. The room I booked was so dirty. I complained, and they gave me another room, but that one was bad too. I had to clean the bathroom wall myself and use my own spray to make it smell decent because it stank so bad. I want my money back for this stay. I HAVE raised complaint in application.

You can clearly see that this is an older hotel and that the owner has made an attempt at making improvements. Whoever completed the updates in the bathroom should not be allowed to use tools. I am no contractor but come on, using what I believe to be a hole tube of caulking around the shower is not how you seal new paneling!!!

Treadmill defect, breakfast average. Nice spa/pool. Ok hotel for short stays.

This was such a great stay for our family. Great rooms, amazing pool, and a good breakfast. The best part was that it was close to so much!!

Breakfast area needed tidying and the wooden utensils and paper plates were not pleasant to eat with.

This is an older hotel. I had trouble getting hot water in the morning, so the shower was only lukewarm. The breakfast area was not very clean, and when some items were missing, I asked at the lobby and the person sighed like I was asking for something unreasonable. It’s the only hotel in the area, and the room itself was clean, so it’s okay for a short stay. Just don’t expect something very nice.

Basic place to stay , we were on the ground level , room was getting old and tired, laminated floors water damaged and capped wires hanging under the air conditioner! Front desk staff were great. No complaints there ..

La habitación poco iluminada y una de las lámparas no servía. Habitación mal distribuida, puerta de salida no tenía ninguna seguridad, cualquiera podía entrar y salir a su antojo y el hotel libre de humo, estaba inundado de peste a cigarrillo. Además, el desayuno muy pobre y el personal no estaba atento cuando se acababan los alimentos. Hay mucho espacio para mejorar. Ahora, la chica del check in muy amable y servicial.

Very noisy structure (hallway noise) and a very loud heater. Not a good nights sleep here.

The hotel is very dated. The rose water perfume stench permeates throughout the building; it’s nauseating and gross. This was compounded by the stale smell throughout the room and hallways. Check-in staff was pleasant and parking was ample. The rooms are very dated. Caulking around the tub had mold on it. This place could use a renovation. The breakfast was decent in terms of options and the staff member stocking items was quick and proficient.
