仕事で利用した。歴史のあるホテルなのでタクシーで運転手にホテル名を言うだけで場所を理解してくれたのは外国人としては非常に助かる。

部屋は広々して、清潔でした。部屋からの眺めもよく、綺麗な夜景が眺めれました。とてもゴージャスな気分を味わえ満足でした。

Great hotel

They do not enforce on smoking regulations as guests smokes at common areas and in lift as well. Hotel staffs do not even bothered to regulate. Does not reflect Kempinski standards in any manner. Great hotel but poorly managed.

This is the second time i stay here. Although the hotel is excellent and the staff try really hard to help, but non of them spoke good english and relied on translation apps which does not always work corectly. You'd expect for a hotel of this calibre to be able to communicate with the staff. As if they are inly focued on local travellers not international ones.

We checked in at night time and we found out that we just like staying in a hospital because the entire floor is a birth care centre😩😩😫😫 It’s a big shock for a holiday stay in experience. All most each rooms are wide open and the nurses walking around ….

Generally fine but the biggest problem is that the mattress sinks in. This resulted in us having back and neck aches the next day.

- I requested a smoking room, but they put us on the Smoking floor, and I am extra sensitive to smoke. I ended up having a nose allergy here while staying. We didn't that I know that hotel in China people can actually smoke here so I didnt make a complain for my 2 nights stay here. On last night I clarify late at night about the smoking with the staff, they mentioned that they put us in a smoking floor and ask if “you dont smoke at all?” And do offer the room change but we were too tired to pack and move for less than 8 hrs until we check out. - Bed on the 8th floor is extremely soft that you would sink in the bed. The spring came out from the side of the bed. Too disappointing for such a good brand as Kempenski. This is the worst Kempenski so far I stayed. Warning, coming to the pool here you need a swimming cap as a regulation from the goverment. They should put this is the website or inform guests to prepare. We didn't have ours an ridiculously need to buy for another 80rmb. - check in was smooth but the staff should inform us that the floor in smoking floor we specifically request for non smoking in the booking. - cleaning lady was so nice that she come to our room to spray for the smoking odor so many times.
