It was not very clean despite making us wait additional time for the room. It did not look like the picture

Not a good place to go. I found dozens of tiny brown spots on my sheets and the whole room felt like it was falling apart. Not worth it at all

Staff is very helpful and allows us to park our car for 3 more hours after check out. Toilet seat needs to be fixed.

Definitely not a place that we will stay again. Poor service, expensive for what it is in offer. Very dated place, needs a good makeover. For the same price it is possible to find something better

This accommodation is unsafe and l definitely will not use or recommend. From the gaseous smell of urine in the room, to the open wires from the TV, to the bricklike pillows and dreadful shouting inside the building at 1-2 am.

It was ok to stay for one night but thats it, Wallpaper falling off Paint crumbling off wall Live wires under the double bed wrapped in tape Limescale on bath and sink. Pillow was like puttin head onto a slab of concrete. Matress was comfy tho

This is very basic, but was a bed for the night. Rooms are very unkept and could do with some updating. The pillows are like rocks. TV damaged (has lines down the screen) Very noisy location through the night We requested a lower floor room due to mobility issues, but our room was on the 3rd floor. Don't think I would stay there again.

The manager sold my room to another person for a higher price despite I booked it and paid for it. I was left with no option except to spend the night on the streets!!!

Skulle bruge et billigt sted at overnatte for en kort nat, for at gå på koncert og da var dette og til prisen.

Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es auf hotels.com mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen beworben war und wir nicht mit unserem Fahrzeug in die Innenstadt von London fahren wollten. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass ungefähr vier Parkplätze für alle Bewohner der ca. 20 Zimmer vorhanden sind (und das auch nur wenn keine allzu breiten Fahrzeuge dort stehen). Im Nachhinein habe ich zudem festgestellt, dass die Unterkunft mir eine E-Mail geschickt hatte, in der mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Parkplätze nur nach vorheriger Reservierung und zu einem Preis von 10 Pfund/Tag nutzbar seien. Darauf hat uns vor Ort aber niemand hingewiesen und bislang haben wir auch keine Zahlungsaufforderung für eine Parkgebühr erhalten. Die Bediensteten des Hotels waren auch nicht immer erreichbar. Wenn sie erreichbar waren, war der Kontakt ok. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Londoner Innenstadt ist über die S-Bahn-Station Ealing Common (ca. 1 km zu Fuß entfernt) in Ordnung.

Staff was great. She upgraded our room with no extra fee.Bathroom was soooo clean!

Advertised as a b&b but no breakfast ,it was a bit grubby but bed was clean and bathroom was too ok for one nigjts stay ,if you want a breakfast we found a good place in the precinct

it was okay overall. it was a little loud as I can hear the people from other rooms. but is accessible and the area is safe.
