This hotel was very nice! It was well located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an underground station is also a 10 minute walk away. The room was very spacious and clean! I highly recommend staying there!

We were told our rooms wouldn’t be ready til 6 pm regardless of the 3 pm check in . Then after saying this is unacceptable one of our rooms was a wheelchair accessible room which wasn’t what was booked . The breakfast was not 5 star standard … coffee was terrible and breakfast selection very limited .

Unfortunately there was a lot of room for improvement, which was disappointing as we’d booked four nights to celebrate two special birthdays just before Christmas. We chose the hotel for the spa, but it was underwhelming. Seating around the pool was very limited and awkwardly placed so you had to move your feet to let people walk by, the loungers (if any available) showed signs of mould, and the steam room smelt musty which was very off putting. The pool itself was ok, though a sharp missing tile on the steps was concerning and the shoulder massage jet didn’t work. The room was acceptable but tired. The shower shelf was broken so toiletries slid off when wet, the towel rail thermostat constantly clicked, and the makeup mirror was impractically low so you’d need a chair to actually use it. Flickering bedroom lights and limited working TV channels were also frustrating. For the price, the lack of a coffee machine (only basic Nescafé sachets) felt poor value. Housekeeping was inconsistent — milk wasn’t always replenished and on some days the bed wasn’t properly made. We didn’t try the breakfast or bars based on our experience of the other facilities. Overall, we would have been better off booking a Premier Inn and paying separately for a decent spa day elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay here. We arrived early and hoped to drop our bags in and then come later to check in but Jas offered us a complimentary early check in. The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff helpful and welcoming and it was so quiet! We’ve stayed in London a number of times in various locations and this was one of the largest rooms we’ve stayed in and both quiet in terms of traffic noise and generally on the hotel. This was a lovely surprise when we had visited the weekend before Xmas. The pool and spa facilities were a nice extra to have which we used. Loved that the room had a little fridge which was helpful as we much prefer to buy proper milk for tea and coffee and so this was handy. Thanks for a lovely stay, would recommend. Didn’t have time to use the bowling, cinema or bar/restaurant.

Lovely place to stay, all the staff is super nice and the pool and sauna are amazing!

Room was clean but not exceptional. Smaller details not cleaned. Things on the bathroom not put up straight on the walls (toilet roll holder). Cosmetic holder in corner is shower not secure. Makeup mirror far too low for any average height person.

Disconnected staff at check in, tired spa facilities and poor breakfast choice.

Fairly expensive even for London and the Studio Suite was small and not as described. The biggest issue by far was that they had hired out the bar so you could not get a drink, even on room service.

This time was a great night stay and perfect for what me and my son wanted from a night away, being invited to Leyton orient as potential sponsors

Lovely hotel, but when we arrived was told the bar area and restaurant was un available to hotel guests because of a private party (nothing was told when booking which I find wrong) The party guests where rude, noisy and running up and down the corridor prototype much what felt like all night, I was told the next day they was evicted, that being said we had no sleep and was told we would be contacted by a manager to offer some sort apology, upgrade, free stay. Guess what? Heard nothing

Don’t upgrade - the standard I saw was MUCH nicer. The upgraded suite was not clean and overlooked a dank courtyard which meant there was no view or natural light. The room service food was terrible - just don’t bother. Very very disappointing.

Room fine. Just all very average for a 5 star. Absolutely no frills. Coffee machine and decent toiletries as a minimum

Decent enough hotel, but very over priced. Non iron in the room and poor hair dryer and other amenities. Staff ok, but took 30 mins to get iron delivered to the room (asked twice) Expect more for £350+ a night

Lovely room with comfy bed, nice breakfast and gorgeous decor. Helpful nice staff.
