Habitación estaba en un corredor de paso por lo que era ruidosa. La habitación tiene mucho desgaste por uso.

Despite no option to ask for a double, we were allocated a twin, which the reception staff then tried to say was my fault for not specifying. The room in the West Wing was cold, and despite raising the temperature, this did nothing to heat the room. The food quality in the Brasserie was average and not up to 4* standards. Breakfast options were satisfactory, and only one coffee machine was provided with extremely long queues of more than 15 mins. This is totally unacceptable for an establishment marketing themselves as a luxury experience. All in all, I am rating Crewe Hall as poor, and warrants a 3* rating at best, when compared to other establishments I have stayed in locally such as De Vere Cranage, Weetwood Hall and others. I would not recommend others to stay here but to stay at the above mentioned alternatives

Fantastically historical, grand attractive buildings with great, friendly, attentive staff. Food was of a good standard. We really enjoyed our stay.

All the staff have been great, there were some issues in the room but most were quickly resolved.emachine not working.

Nice room with a few bits which needed some maintenance. Good food in the brasserie for both breakfast and dinner but let down by the service which was haphazard.

A pleasant stay on Christmas Night. We arrived late and were welcomed efficiently and given clear directions to our room. When we arrived the room was 28C - so the A/C had clearly been running at this temp since it was serviced earlier in the day. It was pretty efficient at cooling the room down once we adjusted the temperature. The curtains couldn’t be closed, so i found myself stood on a chair repairing these (an issue with the rail & hooks) before we went to bed. The breakfast service was busy and staff were struggling to keep tables & crockery refreshed - but the food was good and there remained plenty of choice. The pool was quiet given the number of people staying and we were able to enjoy use of this before heading home. I would recommend to others but it could do with a little more attention to detail to really make the most of what is a wonderful setting.

Friendly staff and spotless hotel

The hotel is in a beautiful setting super clean and staff very helpful.

Would have given 5 stars but the wedding functions were spilling in to the entire hotel, drinks left around the corridors and lobby area very crowded and loud. Wanted a quiet, calm getaway, but the ambience didn’t quite live up to that. Staff were polite, food was good and room was clean.

Big national meeting - colleagues had no heating and no hot water on one of coldest nights/ days of year so far . Venue felt cold . Breakfast warm rather than hot.

Fantastic stay. Would stay again. Stayed in the newer side. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Swimming pool lovely and warm, facilities all clean. Breakfast was good. Family friendly although would be great to see the kids swim times extended slightly.
