Not a good variety for our diet

Desde o primeiro momento que chegamos no hotel tivemos diversos problemas escrevemos para o hoteis.com quarto silencioso quarto longe do elevador alguns outros detalhes e sequer o hotel acatou os as nossas necessidades. E os problemas não pararam por aí nos deram um quarto com piso velho que fazia muito barulho depois quando fizemos a troca de quarto nos deram um quarto do lado de uma máquina enorme que faz barulho a noite toda o quarto tinha problema no aquecimento tivemos que dormir no frio por duas noites, fora o problema que tivemos com hóspedes na lateral do nosso quarto a madrugada inteira sem deixarmos dormir e fumaram e e o alarme de incêndio acionou na madrugada acordando e nos fazendo perder o sono. Também o sistema de água quente parou de funcionar por um tempo em resumo foi uma experiência horrível, um hotel que precisa de mais atenção e equipe mais polida .

The Room ok but the bathroom should have an Update and One thing that not is ok is that there were Nothing to Cleanup the toilet . = they have the sameCleanup in all room

Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by name by the loveliest woman at the desk. She was friendly and helpful. After that, we experienced some issues. We ordered in-room dining one night and it arrived cold. It was expensive to pay for something that was not good. I also filled out my paperwork and paid a 50 pound deposit and by day 2 someone (not our original woman at check in) removed it from our file in the system. It was a big hassle and I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no one appearing to wait on me or other guests. At the same time another guest was having an issue with a lost item & received poor customer service. Those things combined make me rate the hotel average. I paid for the best suite in the hotel and definitely did not get that level of service. Housekeeping took one of our robes and when I called to have another delivered, they said they would bring it right up and never did. This hotel needs to focus more on details. As a loyal Hilton traveler, it's disheartening to experience this.

Staff was helpful. Room was clean but had some mechanical issues. Hotel was clean. Area around the hotel was very clean. Lots of adequate transportation at the hotel.

Nice location, clean room. The room wasn't ready when I checked in at 5 pm, so I was offered a free drink and room upgrade, which was appreciated.

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja siitä pääsi helposti julkisilla: bussipysäkki ja metroasema kulman takana. Kaksi ruokakauppaa (Sainsbury ja M&S Food) lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotelli on vanhassa rakennuksessa, joten lattian ja sängyn kova narina häiritsivät (kuului myös muista huoneista). Vilkkaan kadun liikenne kuului ainakin 3.kerroksen huoneeseen selvästi. Aamiainen oli perustasoa, mutten olisi siihen kaivannut mitään lisää.

Sits right on Hyde park in the most convenient locst

It's a great location and the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with lots of choices and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, we were there during "carnival" and it was loud and quite a few drunks right outside the property openly drinking right on the sidewalk. Loud well into the night.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Felt really nice to stay in very mid century feel.

Hilton London Hyde Park is the perfect location. Easy access to buses, two metros available, walks in the park, shopping and restaurants in the area. The Hotel staff are excellent..Always willing to help with directions, assistance and information to just about anything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this hotel

Nice location only being a walk/cycle away from a large amount of things. Location is directly on top of a tube station and next to a strip with some okay food/coffee options. Overall would stay here again but would look at other comparable pricing locations to see if we could get more centered into the hub of activities
