Gutes Hotel in guter Lage zum Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und insgesamt sauber. Hier und da kleinere Gebrauchsspuren, aber da wo es zählt (z.B. Duschkopf, Wasserkocher) wirklich sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend und sehr zuvorkommend geklärt. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Frühstück bietet, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag so braucht. War mein zweites Mal und ich denke es wird mein Hotel der Wahl bleiben, da ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr schätze.

Some of the rooms have been done up but I unfortunately was put into one that has not been done up. There was blood spatter on the ceiling, the shower was hanging off the wall, the shower head wouldn't stay up and the TV doesn't have a guide feature. I was pleasantly surprised to see the small heater actually also serves as a cooler (I think just water fan coil cooler so not technically air conditioning?) so it wasn't too hot. The staff are friendly and helpful but some of the rooms are in desperate need of attention.

Bom hotel e bem localizado

Everything was close by. Staff was helpful as I left my flip flop there when j checked out and totally forgotten to grab them. I called and they asked me to email so that they can look into the house keeping to see if it was handover. Within 24 hours they got back to me and they've found it and kept it for me until I came back. Lovely and honest staff

Great location, clean tidy room

It was okayish hotel and facilities.

We travelled on a 30 c degree day. The air conditioner in this room is okay. An additional fan is provided so we survived. The room is spacious and clean. Close to China Town but wasn't noisy at all during night.

Cheap and cheerful, the hotel is basic but clean and good value for the price. The barfood is excellent

Free water was served and the breakfast had good selection.

Tried to get tv repaired but was not done. Roo. Was cosy but clean

The main pro for the hotel is that it is less than a minute's walk to the Hippodrome and is bang in the middle of Chinatown so there is lots of choice in places to eat. It has a small underground car park but the entrance is very tight and there's not much room to manoeuvre in the garage itself. I found check in and check out slow as one staff member on both occasions was on the phone for a protracted call or gazing at the computer for ages rather than dealing with the queue. The room could do with a refresh but was fine. Breakfast had a reasonable but not wide range of foods. Overall, for the price and location it was ok.

Nice stay, close to lots of bars. They have a nice bar too with pool and football games , but couldn’t bring my nephew in after dinner to play pool as he was not staying there , that was a bummer !
