Room clean. Tiny bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast

Very dated accommodation and hard uncomfortable bed. Needed a refresh and lick of paint. Worn out dirty carpet and a bathroom that was very small and limited space to move. Overall really disappointed as not worth the money paid.

Disappointing stay at this hotel. We arrived after a wedding to check in, only to be told they no longer had a room available. We waited 1hr+ in the early hours for the team to sort an alternative. Disappointed with the service.

A bit too close to night clubs

The staff were very helpful, both at check-in and breakfast. The room was kept very clean. Breakfasts good. Only downside for room 321 - a loud humming noise just outside that seemed to go on all night.

Basic hotel but not bad value apart from breakfast which just wasn’t very nice and not really worth £5 let alone what ever they charge

Staff were excellent. Didn't get a good nights sleep due to the mattress being very hard, and noise from the unit on the roof.

If parking the entrance is through the arch on the left at China town. Entrance is in the bottom right corner. You need to press the buzzer to get in. It is a very, very tight entrance. You need to go down on the left side and straighten car up almost against the bottom wall to get angle for entry! While we were getting parked a BMW driver hit the front left side of his car on the door on way in! Then he scraped the full length of his left back door and wheel arch on the huge concrete pillar. Thus leaving his white car with a broken front light/indicator casing, a big dent and a yellow back end! So be careful, very careful coming in and out. Disabled drivers also still have to pay for parking!!

通りも、建物内もかなり賑やかです。バーミンガムの街自体が少し怖い感じです。 4月でも寒い日でしたが暖房がなく(セントラルで調整できない)、さらに、シャワー室に換気扇がないため窓を開けていた。値段相応の施設です。

We had a really great stop at this hotel when visiting Birmingham. Clean bright room, smooth check in, friendly staff and lovely buffet breakfast. The underground parking is also useful, but be aware that the entrance is very tight. Well definitely stay there again.

A good basic hotel. Could hear neighbours kids screaming through the walls though. Good location for central Birmingham. Ok for the price.

Internet was fast and connected easily. Room good lay out and efficient. Had everything I needed

Bed clean and comfortable. Bath towels good - no hand towels - bathroom space Very tight. Didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Bar staff very nice and friendly. It’s a hotel for budget conscious people or tourists who are out most of the day.

Great hotel. Brilliant location and near to plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff were really efficient and friendly at check-in. Comfy bed.
