Booked a double room and was given a twin room. I contacted the front desk, and the staff were not helpful at all. Air con broken; no fan in the room. Having to pay for parking is always very disappointing; it should be stated up front to allow people to make an informed choice of hotels, with a clear total cost of the stay; this never used to be the case. All the money they are making from charging people, I would have thought they would have at least invested in making the car better Shame the hotel and staff used to be a lot better.

We managed to get a good price deal so this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was large but the bed squeaked when you moved. The bathroom was clean but tatty.. cracked tiles and chipped door paint. The public area corridors need a lick of paint and the carpets to be cleaned. Breakfast was excellent value for money. We purchased the night before. A great range of nicely presented food and drink,

The location is very convenient to Brands Hatch (obviously) but also to a variety of other local attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one in particular being exceptional, Leah. The room was OK though the bathroom was in need of some attention, over bath shower screen needed attention as it leaked, and the mirror was unusually high up the wall so that my average height partner had difficulty using it vanity unit also unusually high. Generally, cleanliness was good throughout the property. Restaurant was clean, staff OK though could have been more attentive (example they would deliver fresh drinks but not remove empty glasses unless prompted), varied food styles menu and of a reasonable standard.

Location chosen as perfect for Brands Hatch. Virtually on site. Superb location

I paid for a room with Air condition. They gave same a room with heater only. I complained and was moved to another room. The bathroom was horrible. For the amount of money paid for 2 days, this hotel is disappointing

Breakfast was cold, frozen or undercooked. The bool area and facilities were lovely and the staff were kind and helpful except at breakfast. The dinner was sublime! The rooms were a little run down and although the hotel can clearly supply aircon, they didn't. Over all it was an okay stay.

Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch.

Great place to stay.

Didn't eat there as had complimentary vouchers at racetrack. Not sure what parking fees were all about but receptionist assured me if l completed a form they would be covered.

Parking was available at the hotel for free. A very short walk into the Brands Hatch Circuit. Lovely pool area. We didn't eat at the hotel. Check in was quick with lovely receptionists.

The staff were really helpful and nice - the hotel was a bit underwhelming as we got to our room - the phone wasn’t working which meant i had to go down to the bar to order room service. We had asked if our room could be cleaned as we have a toddler and had dirty nappies and food from room service - over the 3 days our room was never cleaned, no new towels and room service trays were never collected. the table in our room was broken so we had to be careful to put things in there - our bath had hairs all in it as well as an old razor head, we had cobwebs all over the lights and our room window was broken so could not open for fresh air. the room itself was not that bad apart from those things but 100% the staff make it better - especially the receptionists. The breakfast was nice however the meat options were pork so that was limited. But overall experience was not that bad !
