The swimming and sauna was decent however our stay was ruined after to having to pack our bags at 3am and move rooms due to being disturbed by loud, rowdy, drunk men trying to enter our room, then proceeding to bang on our door and also played music very loudly. Bearing in mind this was at 3 o’clock in the morning and it terrified my partner. I feel like reception had no idea how to handle this situation, worryingly it seemed like they just wanted us to deal with it ourselves but eventually they offered us a new room. This room was not up to standard as our original room because it small and freezing cold. The heating did not work at all. This felt like a slap in the face and ruined our stay which was a shame. It was definitely a waste of money.

The restaurant

The rooms were dated and had a manual heater in the room. The supervisor in the restaurant was extremely rude and spoken to people horrendously! Would never return shame as the food is lovely.

The room was cold and took a long time to heat up. The pool area was cold as well as the pool. The hot tub was only just warm, the sauna wasn't working properly, wasn't hot, the steam room wasn't working at first untill around 5pm then it was overcrowded because everywhere eles was cold. The restaurant was freezing so i took my food to my room.I complained about this and was told someone would be in touch with me this week but nobody has. I only come for a spa day to relax this didn't happen. I was going to have a massage but didn't want to be disappointed if it was it was cold was told when I complained that no managers were there over the weekend

Heating wasn’t working and had to ask three times for electric heater. Dinner service so bad they removed service charge without me having to ask. Spa area cold with hot tub smell. Sauna broken. Police in lobby at one point

The heating in the room did not work. We only stayed for one night

Breakfast good, staff always seemed polite, plenty of parking and the Spa was treatment was very nice.

Room could do with a lick of paint, and was disappointed with the car park charge, however it was a convenient location.

Room was lovely but we was above conference room where a party was on till one am Music loud Next day was assaulted in canteen by another guest did report to manager an police so unfortunately not a great stay Hotel clean pool lovely

Always a lovely stay at this hotel… lovely rooms, clean, polite staff, excellent pool / spa, free parking (just ask when checking in for the qr), kids could swim until 7pm, even gave us a room with a bath because the staff knew I was taking my kids away for a “pamper night”… hearing and a heater in our room, great night sleep.. two happy kids and one happy Mum ha! Thank you

Lovely receptionist named Iveta who went out of her way to help and make the welcome special. Exceptional lady and a credit to your hotel.

Everything was average but what was terrible was the was a lot of black mould round the window not just a little, a lot. If we had noticed it when we arrived (arrived when it was dark and the poor lighting in the room) we would have asked to move as ive got very bad asthma and since staying saturday night have been weezey.

On arrival I was told that there was no water in the rooms due to maintenance work and they were not sure when the water would be turned on. There was no real apology reception staff just gave the information and when I said I was not happy about it they just said maintenance needed to be done sometime. So although I could book into my room I was unable to use the toilet, make a hot drink or wash after 2 hours of travelling. They did move me to another room after about 40 minutes when water was returned to some rooms in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom were‘tired’ looking and need redecorating. Parking cost more than advertised in description.
