Lovely hotel in a lovely area of London and perfectly situated for tube station and eateries. The bar was closed whilst we were there and we did not have breakfast or use the dining options. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. The pillows were a little thin and unfortunately there was some wear and tear in the bathroom which was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Would recommend and would stay again

Breakfast is good in terms of quality and variety. Opens at 6:30 is just early enough for us to start some of our day excursions. Not enough bathroom amenities e.g. skin lotion, shower cap. A good plus is an ironing board for us. Cleaning staff did a relatively good job.

Great hotel, quiet and easily accessible. Toiletries could do with a revamp. A shower cap would be handy, so would face cloths. But towels were fresh and fluffy. Bed sheets crisp.

Bedroom and bathroom not very well designed. No secure WiFi only public (couldn’t log into work). No electric sockets in bathroom (can’t charge toothbrush dry hair etc), very few in the bedroom (harder to charge devices). No night in bathroom (blindly bright), bath tub is set far too high for a child or those vertically challenged. No microwave anywhere is frustrating (made me never want to eat in the hotel restaurant)

If you need a good location and that's the main thing for you, then Millennium is the place for you. The rooms are outdated and far from what you'll get in a fairly modern hotel. Fixtures are outdated as well. The TV looked farely of modern era but the remote wasnt working (remote was at least 7-10yrs old). No in-room info about standard hotel schedule -checkout, breakfast etc, and the phone wasn't working in my room (worked in my friends room). The exterior and reception looked good and grand. The location was excellent, staff great, check-in process smooth, and enough restaurants and things to so right around you. The rooms however need work and that was a downer for me.

The hotel is located in a good area, next to Gloucester Rd. underground station, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants close-by. It is coveniently located for a short tube ride to most of the tourist attractions. Our club-room was spacious with good heating/AC and a nice bathroom. We have booked to stay again later this year.

First impressions are very good. Reception area is lovely and well kept. We had a deluxe room which appears to be more like a standard room. Perhaps it has a bit more space but not much. The location is excellent for the tube station and good travel routes from there. We had breakfast one morning. It was very good and there is good space in the dining room. Be careful though. In the UK, prices MUST be show that include the tax. I received an offer in the My Millenium App and the price shown DID NOT include the tax as required by UK consumer law (the message stating this exclusion is in a more feint type and not the bold type that shows the cost less tax) Be prepared to add on 20% VAT to the cost shown! I had a discussion with a Deputy Manager on 2 occasions about this but this seemed to 'fall on deaf ears'.

The staff were friendly and helpful so that made a great start. The room was excellent: roomy and clean and it felt safe on the whole property. Only had a short stay here so didn't get a chance to try out the restaurant but it looked very nice. This was a step-up from our usual level of hotel and you could definitely feel the quality. The spacious and well decorated foyer welcomed us in and felt very safe.

Room was basic and unimpressive. No cable sockets for charging or connecting. No plugs by the bed. The room overall and bathroom requires refurbishing, and is very tired looking. Bathroom was small and cramped. The bath & washbasin had not been cleaned, also visible limescale. Everywhere you looked it was becoming apparent the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. The shower, water flowed slowly. Didn’t dare to touch the rubber bath mat. Air conditioning wasn’t effective for one of the hottest days. No coffee/tea/water provided in room. Nothing extra to feel welcome. Lack of signage. Car park is bookable through JustPark, spaces are small. Drop luggage etc at front entrance, only stairs up to the hotel lobby from the underground car park. We decided to have food in the bar after an evening out. The bar and room service closed early, stated they were open until 11pm. Everything was closed at 10:40pm. Which was dissatisfying due to being diabetic, and needing to prevent a hypoglycaemic attack over night. Went to bed with no food or drink. Limited selection of soft drinks at the bar and only two non alcoholic cocktails. Breakfast is buffet only. Book at hotel after arrival, offered at a lower price. Hotel was quiet and in a pleasant and accessible location. Staff polite and helpful.
