Make sure you know there's no elevator. Our first room was in the basement. There was no hot water in the water immediately filled up the shower and pooled on the floor. There was only one available outlet we could use to plug anything in. There was no phone in the room. I called the hotel to let them know about the water and they switched us to a room on the third floor which meant six flights of stairs with our luggage. Still no hot water and only soap and a combo shampoo conditioner so don't expect much. Pillows and bed were clean but not very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with me to order eggs and the staff was very kind. The actual inside of the building is very old and the carpeting hasn't been replaced in a while, and caused me to have some breathing problems as I'm allergic to dust. It's a great location though. So for a short stay where you don't need to take a warm shower, it'll do the trick.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and free breakfast was great. Will stay here again.

I am very impressed and satisfied with all of the hard work to make our stay feel so great! The hotel is being reformed And We can tell they’re doing everything they can to make us feel comfortable. Not for me but try for your self

Very friendly all food is ok to start you day thay ever ask if we whant more food

The building is obviously very old, but this adds to its charm. Simple and cosy rooms, clean bathroom, fast wifi. Tv wasn’t connected but not a massive issue. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. A perfect little convenient spot for trips to London, and not even five minutes from Victoria station.

Our room was freshly remodeled, a bit small but very nice. Great location 5 minutes from Victoria Station.

Staff was terrible, old run down and no amenities at all. No breakfast and bed was horrible! Location was the only acceptable feature.

Sengen var en halvandenmand seng med en stor dyne, så godt jeg rejste med min søster - da vi ellers havde regnet med en normalt størrelse dobbeltseng. På den anden nat oplevede vi at der blev omrokeret ovenpå til klokken 3-4 om natten - så vi fik ikke sovet meget på turen. Lyset virkede, strømmen virkede og der var også usb udgange - så hvis man ingen konverter havde med, kunne man stadigvæk få strøm på telefonen. Morgenmaden var virkelig dårlig, vi blev mødt af en dame der ville vælge det bord vi skulle sidde ved (selvom der var nærmest helt ledigt, så skulle vi sidde mast op ad et andet par). Vi kunne vælge mellem baked beans, pølse, kogte æg, spejlæg eller scrambled. Vi valgte begge kogte æg, de havde kogt så længe at blommen var blevet grå. Juicen var heller ikke god. Vi fik et bjerg af toast de nok havde ristet 3 timer forinden. Men mælken var kold og smagte fint. Så vi spiste kun en smule og fandt noget andet bagefter. De var meget hjælpsomme med vores baggage og vi kunne få det opbevaret, dog uden opsyn - indtil vi kunne tjekke ind kl 12:30. Man skal aflevere nøglen hver gang man skal ud, så ved de vel også hvornår de kan skifte ens håndklæder ud og gøre rent. Tænker de har oplevet at folk mister nøglerne. Lokationen var god i forhold til transport muligheder: bus og underground. Fint nok ophold til prisen, men tror ikke jeg vil overnatte der igen.

This is the perfectly located spot convenient to those who are making their way back from overseas trips when arriving in London too late for train connections. Short walk from Victoria tube and similar walk to the Victoria coach station. Free breakfast was great and the wifi connection was also free/solid. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Place is undergoing renovations but not at all intrusive. Price for double bed room was very reasonable.

It was terrible. The room we stayed in had paint peeling of the walls, the carpet was comming of the ground. They had construction materials everywhere on the inside in the way, There was an horrible stench in the room and rest of hotel. We had paid for the breakfast but were too scared to eat it.

This is a budget hotel. If you accept that going in and temper your expectations you'll be fine. The staff is absolutely excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room doors are a bit hard to deal with. Difficult to close and lock. The extra stuff piled in the hallways and staircases wasn't ideal. But again...budget. My one major area for improvement is improving communication on the room descriptions. While I knew the hotel had no elevator, I had no idea the single room I booked was on the top floor or that ALL the single rooms were on the top floor. If I had, I would have paid extra for a room on the bottom floor. Four flights of stairs with luggage or without, multiple times a day, was wreckage on my knees. That info would be so helpful in the room descriptions.
