The hotel is in an excellent location and is rather private due to its expansive waterfront position. The staff are always helpful, friendly and smiley which is lovely. The pools are wonderful . The restaurants are very good.

Beautiful, convenient luxury hotel. Great friendly and helpful service. My 17 son and I stayed 1 night while traveling from Samoa to the Kuata Island for Shark Diving. The Hilton is .4 miles from the Denarii ferry port, with a free shuttle there. We had a Suite with a Master bedroom and convert- couch bed in the living room. Full Kitchen, BBQ, long deck, and a washer/dryer we used to clean all of our clothes for the 2nd half of our trip. The resultants were nice, we had dinner on the beach. The breakfast in the AM was also good, many pools. Staff was friendly, helpful and they have a a golf-car style shuttle to take you back and forth. A+ experience.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa, and while we had a memorable family vacation, there were a few areas that could use improvement. 🌴 The Highlights: Fantastic Pools: The multiple pools were a massive hit with my son, who absolutely loved the waterslides. It kept him entertained for hours. Excellent Massages: A few of us booked massages during our stay, and the spa experience was fantastic and highly recommended. Great Perks: The golf carts constantly moving across the property were incredibly helpful for getting around. Also, the New Zealand ice cream spot on-site was perfect for a daily treat! ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: Slow Check-In: The check-in process was quite slow, and our rooms weren't ready at the promised 3:00 PM time, which isn't ideal after a long day of travel. Dated Amenities & Tech: For a higher-end, expensive resort, I expected more modern amenities. The property could definitely use some upgrades. In particular, the Wi-Fi and internet connectivity need a major boost if you plan to get any work done. Dining Variety: While the food we had was good, having more diverse food options and restaurant choices right on the premises would be a huge plus. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with wonderful features for kids,

We had an amazing room. No complaints. Staff- at times it felt like they didn't want to serve me/my family (as an FYI it was me (dad) and my 2 daughters 4 and 11 years old). I experienced this at breakfast. My comment is based on my experience and observation I made with how other patrons were being treated. My check in experience wasn't that great either. We got there at 3pm and checked in, however, got told half an hour later that our room wasn't ready at that time. I made some comments and our room appeared to be magically ready straight away. Overall stay was great. Place is awesome. Maybe staff need some training and education on to treat all customers the same.

On our first night, we were not given the penthouse that I had specifically booked. While I appreciated the complimentary dinner, it didn’t resolve the inconvenience of not receiving the accommodation we had reserved. After we were moved to the correct room, we requested rollaway beds for our guests, only to be informed around 8:00 PM that no beds were available, despite the request having been made in advance. We then had to make do with the couch, which was not an acceptable alternative. In addition, there have been several maintenance issues in the penthouse: • The dishwasher has not been working and still has not been fixed. • The kitchen sink was blocked. • While servicing the room, the washer and dryer were turned to face the wall while my clothes were still inside, making them difficult to access. Finally, the room is directly adjacent to the construction site. One of the reasons I booked the penthouse was to enjoy the space and entertain guests, but the constant construction noise has made it impossible to relax or even enjoy the sunset in peace. Overall, this has not been the experience I expected when booking your penthouse accommodation, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Front desk staff paid our bond to the wrong room. It caused confusion when allocating room payments throughout our stay at the resort. This problem had also stopped house cleaning on the third day, as we needed stock replenishment. The garden room we had was nice. It was near the Nuku and Maravu restaurants. Buffet breakfast (hot foods) at Koro restaurant was cold (we ate around 0730). The Nuku restaurant was much better as the hot foods were hot. Generally all the food was great. The staff hospitality was great. I never understood why we didnt get hot towels during our dinner experience, when others did get them(It could be a tipping experience🤔).

Staff are excellent. We booked a deluxe room for our comfort with pool but 1st day we could not sleep due to lots of cockroaches and air conditioners was making noice lice helicopter. Next day reported tot the manger, they offer a room but downgraded . Again I repotted them they offer similar room and happy with the room But when we open the kitchen drawer to take a spoon, there was long back used socks too of the spoons, fork and knife’s. I didn’t ever bother to report because I was tried of moving twice in same day… we paid high for the room but we we’re disappointed but happy with the staff, hotel location and environment. From hotel as a compliment they offer us dinner free for the night.

We had a lovely stay at Hilton Fiji Resort & Spa at Denarau and truly felt at home away from home! The staffs were warm, friendly and passionate to help. A special mention to Waqa at the front desk, whose warm personality and enthusiastic "Bula!" greeting always lifted our spirits. Vinaka Waga, Frances, Adi, Sinu and the Hilton team. There was a stunning ocean views right from the balcony, the room was neat and comfortable, the baby cot and nanny service just made the stay whole lot more enjoyable. We also made use of the free Fiji Airways luggage drop-off service, and the Bula Bus to visit Port Denarau, nice additions to help getting around more easily. We were connected to our taxi driver, Napo (ask for him at the front desk!), who spent the day with us as a fantastic driver and tour guide. Traveling with a 10-months-old was never an easy task. So lucky to have Napo who is chill, easy-going, and safe-driving, as we can then explore Nadi at our own pace with customized itinerary to tick off the check-boxes. 100% recommending Napo to anyone (especially young family) looking to explore Fiji.
