The room was clean ,but it was on the -1 floor, it’s written in the description of the room (also there was no sauna access, misinformation. ) but it wasn’t mentioned that during the stay you could feel and hear every subway train passing below us until midnight when they stopped, so technically you can’t relax or sleep in this room .I didn't rest and I didn't enjoy the stay at all, the breakfast was ok. On our last night the air conditioning didn't work , it only blew cold air and from the reception the only solution they gave us was a very small heater which couldn’t even heat the bathroom,that was ridiculous,we were freezing . Thank you

Horrible There was a terrible SEWER smell coming from the bathroom. The sliding bathroom door didn’t work, so I had to cover the shower drain with a towel and the sink drain with an upside-down glass to reduce the smell. The room was very small, with no room to put your suitcase and the carpet was dirty. Avoid at all cost.

This is our second stay in this lovely hotel, don't hesitate to book! Fab location close to the metro, comfy beds, very peaceful and lovely breakfast.

Our stay was exceptional! Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious French breakfast, and easy access to Paris and the Marais neighborhood. Many cafes and shops nearby. We would love to come back and stay again!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection and a great start to the day. The room was comfortable and well maintained, but it was a bit cold and the floor was freezing. The noise from outside was noticeable but overall these were minor details compared to the positive experience.

La stanza era accogliente, spaziosa e molto pulita. Un solo difetto: il bagno era parecchio freddo perché non aveva termosifoni. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Se programmerò un altro viaggio a Parigi tornerò qui sicuramente!

Great location near Republique Metro, from which it's very easy to get around and transfer to any needed line. Very quiet, with friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast, which included a variety of pastries, yogurt, granola, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled and boiled eggs, juice, and many coffee drinks. We stayed in the Junior Suite, on the top floor, which was spacious for a Paris hotel room. There was coffee, water, and pastry in the lobby all day. The one issue I had with the hotel was the cleaning service. When we arrived, despite the room having just been cleaned, the floor was visibly dusty along the wall and in the corners, and the previous guest had left a takeout food container on our balcony. We told one person at the desk, but it was never taken away. Further, on a daily basis, it was pretty clear that the only "cleaning" that took place was making the beds and replacing the towels. For example, I had accidentally spilled some lotion on the toilet seat, and was in a rush to leave. When we returned to the room later that day, the beds were made, but that lotion drop was still there. Tissues were not replaced when the box was empty. I would still highly recommend this hotel for the location, quiet, breakfast, and front desk staff, but they do need to talk to their cleaning people.

Front end staff were more than welcoming and accommodating . Extra points for facilitating a 10:30 check-in for this travel weary old guy who flew in on the red eye ✈️

Cute boutique hotel in Marais region close to shopping and many food options. Very close to popular BOUILLON RÉPUBLIQUE so be sure to make a reservation to avoid the long lines. Check in process was a bit of a disappointment as it was indicated that there was a possibility of checking in early in 2 communications with the hotel but the person at the day time check in was curt and adamant check in could only occur at the time specified in the website. It is not unusual to offer an earlier check in if the rooms are available. While we did get a nice upgraded room it wasn't the room type I had booked in Expedia but that appears to be an issue with the Expedia communication with the hotel. The breakfast had lots of options and the breakfast room was very nice. Appreciate the availability of an elevator especially since we were on a higher floor.
