Great hotel staff, someone is always there. Very clean room, hotel has 2 elevators (euro style) and our room had great a/c to battle the heatwave between exploring. Very close to a convenient metro stations (~5 min walk).

A lovely, inviting small hotel next to the vibrant République square. 3 of 4 desk members were warm and friendly and all 4 were helpful. Free water, coffee, and pastries always available and beer, other snacks available at the desk Enjoyed the breakfast downstairs very much Rooms are very small, but clean and pretty. Our room smelled musty at times. We would stay here again!

The daily breakfast was excellent at self serve with lots of options. Air Conditioning was cold, which helped with Paris being so hot. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Room was on the small side, which was normal for older hotels in Paris.

Our family stayed for six nights in Suite 604 on the sixth floor, paying approximately AUD 800 per night. Having visited Paris several times and stayed in many hotels, I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The problems started on arrival and continued throughout our stay. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Bed linens were often not changed, basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper regularly ran out, and I had to repeatedly call reception to have them replaced. Our bathroom was also not properly cleaned despite two complaints. Breakfast was a complete disappointment. On the first morning there was no baguette. On our final morning there was no baguette, croissants, eggs, orange juice or milk. My husband and daughter went at 7:30 a.m. and many items were already gone. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., there was virtually nothing left. The coffee machine was broken, the staff member could not speak English or fix it, there was no clean cutlery, and every table was dirty. The lobby restroom was frequently filthy and once had no toilet paper. The elevator broke down several times, forcing us to use the stairs to the sixth floor, and reception was often unattended. I have photographs documenting all these issues. For a hotel charging around AUD 800 per night, the cleanliness, maintenance and service were completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Saapuessamme huone ei ollut valmis 15.00. Hotellissa oli yksi silitysrauta, jota emme voineet lainata koska joku muu asiakas oli lainannut sen jo. Lähtöaamuna aamiaisella ei ollut tarjolla leipää, kahvikoneesta oli kahvi loppu, ei mehua, ei lainkaan lämmintä ruokaa. Ei jogurttia. Ne olivat loppu. Ei mitään pahoittelua tästä.

From the time I checked in till check out, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were helpful with recommendations and were always willing to help in any way possible. The room was small (as most Parisian hotels are) but plenty spacious enough to be comfortable. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and secure. The location is near metro republic station and there are several restaurants within 2 blocks. The cafe Marais Home Coffee had the BEST Latte! The staff Sabrima, Mohammed, and Nada went above and beyond in service. Would highly recommend!

Delightful stay! Rooms are small but to be expected in Paris, just not much room if you have big luggage but otherwise excellent stay, we stayed 3 weeks in Europe at 9 different accommodations this was far and away the most comfortable beds!

Decent common areas and great location. Staff are super helpful too. Convenient if you just need it for a night. However, the shag carpet throughout the room gave me bad allergies. Also, the bathroom lighting was terrible. Despite the bathroom being spacious, the vanity area was super cramped!

There was a young girl at the reception when I asked about laundry service. I was told that they didn’t do it there, but they would recommend a place to take our laundry. When we asked for the directions, she said we could Google it while she sat there with her cell phone. She gave us a bag and a paper to list items. She couldn’t tell us how much they charged. She said that it was a couple of blocks down and it was actually a distance to walk. I think she just needed to say there is no laundry service. When we went there the service would charge and add an additional cost for delivering it to the hotel. Other than this hotel had no menu on how to reach the reception center from the phone. The restroom had no ventilation. I think if they would’ve left a bathroom spray that would’ve been nice. Other than these incidents, it was great to stay at the room was modern and clean. In the end we went to the laundromat across the street.

We had a disappointing experience with unhelpful staff on arrival after a long haul flight. The key situation is very odd as you have to leave your room key behind every time you go out. Breakfast and wellness areas are underground so not for anyone that feels claustrophobic. The rooftop was cute but there are no amenities up there.
