Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a delicious dinner at wharf 2 with great service from shaka siphon. I would also like to recommend Magesha (travel coordinator) who arranged a comfortable transfer with driver Anbum who waa friendly, punctual and informative. We loved our stay in mamallapuram

The accomodation was perfect! We only had a little problem with the booking, because we had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child 15 years and at the Hotel wanted to charge us extra for the child. Special hotel rules... After discussing with the staff at the reception, the managerin solved the problem gently. Beside this, it was really great!

Breakfast is phenomenal, French, Indian, Scandinavian. Some entertainment was available, with Indian dancers and acrobats on the Indian New Year. Swimming pools are in excellent shape and the garden and beach are well maintained. The golf course, though, does not really exist, with no greens. We played three holes back and forth. Billard could only be played against a fee which is quite unheard of. However, uniquely for the hotels we visited there was High Tea in the afternoon on offer - very British. Nice breakfast and dinner. The seaside Resturant served fantastic food. The commen areas is very well kept. The largest pool I have ever seen. We booked a 114 kvm villa for 4 persons, when we arrived, there was only one kingsized bed in the villa and we had to pay to get an ekstra bed. We payed over 1500$ for 3 night's, witch was a lot for a hotel in India, and at that price we would expect there to be a bed for all, without any extra charges. There was no understanding from the staff at the reception for our point of view. That was very disappointing. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a delicious dinner at wharf 2 with great service from shaka siphon. I would also like to recommend Magesha (travel coordinator) who arranged a comfortable transfer with driver Anbum who waa friendly, punctual and informative. We loved our stay in mamallapuram

Guests were not appropriately treated on arrival. They were threatened that they will not get the room, unless pay the charges for the stay in full before checking in! I tried messaging your Resort multiple times, but never received a reply! Reply to email requesting to send a pre-payment link so that I can settle it before guests arrival, unfortunately reply was delayed. Anyways, overall satisfied with services provided. I will hesitate to recommend in future.

The facility was good and we had a room with a wonderful pool and sea view. We enjoyed the sunrise over the Bay of Bengal. Activities wise on a weeknight, it was boring after high tea. Hotel needs to have some activity or show after sunset even on weeknights.

The accomodation was perfect! We only had a little problem with the booking, because we had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child 15 years and at the Hotel wanted to charge us extra for the child. Special hotel rules... After discussing with the staff at the reception, the managerin solved the problem gently. Beside this, it was really great!

The property was beautiful, well maintained landscaping within the property and amazing amenities. However, the beach access area needed a little bit of cleaning and better maintenance. I took a morning stroll to the beach and encountered lots of plastic and trash. Furthermore, all 3 visitors got head lice after visiting the property (never had), this is likely from the bedding/towels in the room. It is very frustrating but I encourage the hotel to take more care while washing or changing beddings and toiletries.

Breakfast is phenomenal, French, Indian, Scandinavian. Some entertainment was available, with Indian dancers and acrobats on the Indian New Year. Swimming pools are in excellent shape and the garden and beach are well maintained. The golf course, though, does not really exist, with no greens. We played three holes back and forth. Billard could only be played against a fee which is quite unheard of. However, uniquely for the hotels we visited there was High Tea in the afternoon on offer - very British. We also found a tree planted by King Charles. Easy exploration of the Unesco Cultural Heritage sites by foot. Especially the ones downtown are very impressive.
