Quarto limpo, equipe prestativa.

Staffs at reception could have been more helpful on first couple of days. The staff at the last day was good. Breakfast not worth.

Lo destacable de este hotel definitivamente es la ubicación cercana a la estación de tren, el staff fue muy amable siempre. Las habitaciones son austeras pero están limpias y cumplen con el propósito de llegar a dormir. Lo único incómodo fue que había muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación y que no hubo agua caliente para bañarnos

Room was clean and everything worked. The location close o the Santa Lucia train station is convenient for walking around Venice. Our “matrimonial” bed was actually two singles pushed together, leaving a hard ridge in the center.

I had a great experience at the hotel. However, I had a rude, uncomfortable experience with one of the staff when checking out. He was short with glasses and a buzz cut. The man was extremely rude and making weird comments about my lack of speaking Spanish because of my last name. He only apologized once he could tell how uncomfortable the comment made me and told my boyfriend that “he’s allowed to joke around with the guests”.

Room temperature was good

Rooms were very small but clean. Beds were fine. No luggage racks or storage. Tucked in a back ally where the gate was locked and we had to find our way in. We were not informed.

Très bon déjeuner le matin, pas directement sur le Grand Canal mais pas très loin.

We booked the property thru Expedia for our vacation well in advance. We requested a king bed they say they don't guarantee king bed agreed. When we walked in it was a ridiculous shocker; a double queen bed was put together the beds were pushed apart and pillows were stuffed in between two twin beds. Then they put a king size mattress pad on top and covered with a fitted sheet(ya they faked a king bed). We rolled out of bed a few times in the night. As the bed was hanging out that part was not usable, and the middle part was too squishy with pillows underneath to sleep on, hence we were left with only about half of a twin bed area to sleep on. The management or expedia did nothing inspite of sharing the issue and showing pictures and videos. The staff took no responsibility for this. It was not all; there was a huge air cooling system sitting on the floor with a large pipe running out the window hence we were not able to close the curtains and it was right next to the bed so getting in and out of bed was a challenge and stressfull on the back. This was a horrible experience & waste of money. Expedia is sure loosing standards.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A tan solo 5 minutos de Piazzale Roma que es donde te deja y se coge el airport shuttle. Igualmente te puedes recorrer todo Venecia a pie sin problema. El área es silenciosa por lo que se descansa bien. El hotel en sí, como todo Venecia en general, vió su época dorada hace 50 años y desde entonces todo sigue igual. El hotel tiene poco o nada de mantenimiento y los empleados probablemente lleven allí muchísimos años también por la aparente edad. Los empleados no interactúan con los huéspedes. Al hacer el check-in no nos preguntaron si era nuestra primera vez en Venecia, ni se molestaron en apuntarnos o remarcar nada en un mapa para que pudiéramos situarnos y tener una visión general de la ciudad. No preguntaron en ningún momento qué tal la estancia tampoco. En resumen, los empleados no marcaron ninguna diferencia en absoluto, casi como si fueran maquinas de autocheck-in. El desayuno es "económico" 10€ por persona por día, si lo comparas con los precios de Venecia. Aún así no merece la pena en absoluto, el más escaso y aburrido que hemos probado nunca. Lo único que gana es, como mencionado, la ubicación.

It's a great location. Close to the train/bus stations. Multiple options for food, but most importantly not swamped with tourists around the building. The rooms are great as long as you don't have a nosy neighbor.

I don't like leaving a negative review but felt this needed to be said. This was our groups' last stop after touring Greece, Croatia, and Slovenia, and we were excited to experience Venice for our last two days abroad. The hotel is located a couple streets off the Grand Canal, and looked quaint and welcoming. It's a small hotel, with one small elevator that doesn't even service the third floor!? Most of us were on the 1st floor, so we used the stairs. The stairwell was dingy with worn indoor outdoor carpet, the rooms were spacious but dated, and the shower inside the tub was extremely difficult to maneuver around in. But the biggest disappointment was the attitude of the desk staff. There was only one person there at the time we arrived, which wasn't the problem. It was the rude and condescending way we were talked to when we asked any questions at all. There was an advertisement at the desk for a boat tour, and when we asked the cost, the gentleman told us we needed to book it through the hotel and the price would be $37 per person, then stated we each had to pay an upfront fee of $11 IN CASH at the time we booked. We asked about paying with a card because we didn't all have cash, and he told us cash only and 'just go to the ATM'. We left to explore and actually walked by a boat tour company and stopped to inquire... those tickets were $25 and it was a fabulous 4 hour tour we thoroughly enjoyed! On a nicer note, the hotel breakfast was excellent, and serving staff was too.

Wir waren zu dritt in dem Hotel und es war im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung, bis zum Frühstück! Es gab im Essensbereich 4er oder 2er Tische, dicht an dicht. Ich wollte nur einen Stuhl drehen um bei meinem Sohn und meinem Mann am Tisch zu sitzen, da wurde ich sofort ermahnt, das ich das nicht dürfe!! Also das fand ich wirklich unmöglich, aus welchen Grund? Das hat mir mein Frühstück in diesem Hotel versaut und aus dem Grund würde ich dort auch keine Nacht mehr verbringen. Etwas übertrieben!!
