Our absolute favorite hotel and staff. We try to go 2-3 times a year and once finding hotel Costatini we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We even wait and Nola. Our dates around room availability. Every aspect of this hotel is 12 out of 10 :). Phenomenal

We would never consider staying anywhere but Hotel Costatini ! We even had 3 different sets of friends come and stay In rooms as well. Can’t say enough positive. Perfect location can just about touch the duomo. Rooms large and clean. Staff phenomenal. And on 2nd floor a restaurant with rooftop cafe. Can’t beat it. Looking at dates to come back

The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The hotel itself is an old building but everything is clean. The hotel receptionist was super nice and helpful.

Near with all the tourist spot.. walkable to train station.the receptionist very knowledgeable , the property were clean and well maintained, i will definitely stay again.

La ubicación es maravillosa, el hotel muy cumplidor y en muy buenas condiciones. El personal que atendió muy bien. En el piso 1 hay un bar muy agusto. Lo único malo es que las paredes son muy angostas y el ruido se traspasa

Great location but can be noisy at night (esp. on weekend). Elevator was not working for most our stay but luckily we were only on 2 floors up and worked the day we left. Enjoyed the convenience though as right next to Duomo.

Loving the place especially the location. I am just few steps away from Duomo. So easy to get back when i feel like using the toilet.
Everything went well, Andrea is amazing! He immediately responds on my concerns. The only worst thing happened during our stay, we were unfortunate that the elevator had a problem.

I would like to say , to those peoples whos complaining about this hotel , if you choose this hotel is because is very convenient for ubication and price , no bc there not breakfast or you can hear everything from outside , that's is no a really problem , while you have a safe and clean room , the boy in reception was very kind ! Of course I recommend this hotel...it have a beautiful view to the Duomo...it just around corner , incredible !

Bem localizado, ao lado da Catedral (Duomo). Única coisa que pode ser inconveniente para algumas pessoas é que o sino da igreja toca bem cedo. O hotel permite um check-in online muito eficiente para quem chega depois das 19h.

Excellent location to all Florence has to offer. Steps away from the duomo and museum, a very short walk not the Accademia, Uffizi, and more. It was right in the historic district so it is definitely an older property and a busy area but still nice and clean. Friendly staff and easy to get around. A walkable distance to the train station, about 15 minutes.

Every city attraction was located at a walking distance, I felt safe walking around the hotel zone and the people at the front desk were always very kind.
