Fijne locatie dicht bij het station. Klein stukje lopen was je bij de bussen en de metro om Rome te ontdekken. We waren pas om 23 uur in het hotel en werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Kamer was netjes niet gehorig en een goede service iedere dag nieuwe handdoeken. Fijn ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel

Por la mañana hay un recepcionista que convierte tus vacaciones en un martirio, no dialoga, no razona con el huesped, una y otra vez repite su invariable respuesta, hagas lo que hagas y digas lo que digas. Por lo visto desconoce los derechos de los consumidores en la UE El hotel en si es sencillo, llamarle hotel es demasiado. Es una pensión, eso sí, limpia y bien ubicada

Apenas uma noite, custo benefício bom pois fica em frente a estação Termine. Porém não achei seguro pois a eles exigem a chave quando saímos e toda hora tem uma pessoa diferente na recepção. Você deixa a chave com um volta tem outro, você pede a chave e a pessoa entrega sem conferir nada seu. Qualquer que chega pede a chave pelo número pega e entra. Não indico para passar mais dias fiquei apenas por que está indo embora somente para esperar o tempo do voo. O rapa ia me dar a chave de outro quarto pois não tinha ouvido a numeração correta. Diante disso ao meu ver zero segurança.

Mold covering ceiling of room. Toilet roll had clearly been unwound and rewound. Got back after exploring the city and my door had been left unlocked and partially open by cleaning staff. Majority of staff were lovely, but one of the male receptionist seemed constantly irritated and like you were wasting his time.

The location was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were comfortable. Wifi was very weak. We would stay here again

El personal es amable sin embargo un joven en particular es poco paciente, La habitacion es bien comoda pero la cama es muy dura, por lo demas excelente

The room was clean and met our needs. Convenient location from Termini station. We are just very American lol. Room was located in an apartment building, 2 blocks from the reception/lobby. We were given directions, and found the building, but had a lot of issues finding the room. My husband had to go back to reception for new instructions. Lots of stairs and a very scary European elevator. Otherwise, fine. Room service came once a day to replenish towels and toilet paper. They held our bags for us at the lobby for free before check in, too.

Nos colocaram num local próximo muito bom. Tudo recém reformado e com boa qualidade. As pessoas que nos atenderam são espetaculares. O café da manhã é bem fraco, por isso não daremos 5 estrelas. O local é ótimo, há poucas quadras de Roma Termini.

Poca amabilidad

Praktisk og sentral beliggenhet. Stille rom mot bakgård. Renhold veldig bra. Lite synlig slitasje. Veldig vennlige og raske i resepsjonen. Et bra budsjett hotel, men; Vi gikk tom for toalettpapir 2 ganger på 8 dager. Frokosten var ingen bra opplevelse, trangt og bare usunn mat. Ingen safe på rommet. Dårlig wifi. Veldig dårlige sengemadrasser.

Room was bout a block away from hotel and breakfast area. Had a lingering musty door which was mostly reduced by open window.

When we arrived, we were greeted by an older gentleman who did not speak any English at all. There was also a lady there who did speak English. She was actually really friendly. The gentleman seemed kind of annoyed at us and made it seem like he didn’t want us there, but thankfully that lady was there to help us check in. A thing I noticed was that the hallways had a very strong smell of humidity. Don’t know where that actually came from because their rooms had no smell at all. We had stayed here before so we knew it was kind of like, but when we checked out the other gentleman who was there charged us to leave our luggage there for a couple of hours seems kind of wrong since we are clients of theirs it’s not like we came out of nowhere and wanted to store our luggage there. The gentleman who checked this out, also did not speak any English at all, which also made it a bit difficult.

A very simple but clean place to stay, friendly staff, value was great, location great. Breakfast was good, somewhat limited but we were aware of that. Overall, super convenient, very clean and location unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Very close to Termini Station. Room said it had A/C, but the room was hot and we were never able to get it to cool down. We even called the front desk but nothing changed. The room was small but ok - convenience to the train station was the selling point since we were only here for one night.

When we got there. Our AC wasn’t working. We had to go to the front desk 3 times before someone came up to look at it. Also the beds are hard. But the location is great. Right across the street from the train station and taxi stand. Would I stay there again, yes if the price was reasonable.

Like everyone else says, the location is perfect. So easy to get transportation. The hotel itself? Wonderful for the value. Don't expect fancy or extra amenities for one of the less pricey hotels in the area. It's basic, but works fine. It was clean enough, quiet enough, and staff helped when I needed help. Everything worked, and my wife and I were happy to get some good rest. Don't expect a 5 star hotel...or 4. Do expect basic amenities that are completely manageable.

Travelers beware!! This hotel operates in an illegal and unethical manner and we did not end up staying there.After booking through Expedia and sharing our arrival time with hotel Mirage via the Expedia messager, we were informed that our reservation was canceled upon arrival due to a declined card payment (this was our error, the card was recently canceled because of fraudulent charges and we did not update the payment information). We were not informed of this in advance via Expedia or given the opportunity to update credit card information. It was 7 pm and raining so we apologized and asked to rebook the room, provided passports and signed an agreement to stay. We offered to pay with another credit card but hotel Mirage informed us that we could only pay in cash without a rationale and had to use the ATM in their lobby (which was overcrowded with clutter and baggage). We later learned that it is illegal under Italian law to demand cash only for a hotel stay. This was a huge red flag so we left, found another nearby hotel, booked it, and contacted Expedia. The hotel stay was not officially canceled via Expedia, so we were on the hook to pay because there was a no cancelation policy this late in the reservation. Expedia could not reach the hotel (surprise surprise) Hopefully Expedia works this out for us later. We believe the hotel knew exactly what they were doing and tried to take advantage of us because of the rain and our late check-in to get extra money.

Kleine zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Sauber aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Wir brauchten noch eine zusätzliche Decke, die kam postwendend. Für 1-2 Nächte absolut ok.
