Det har vært helt fantastisk opphold! Personale er meget serviceinnstilte, spesielt Loic som gjorde alt for at vi skulle få den beste ferien - han er den flinkeste vi har møtt innen hotellservice. Det er gode restauranter og fasiliteter av høy kvalitet! Området er veldig fint med mange aktivitetsmuligheter og flott strand. Anbefaler på det sterkeste å velge dette som hotell i Okinawa.

Stod i kø 1 time hver morgen for at få morgenmad. Personale i receptionen havde vi ikke så god en oplevelse med. Poolen var top lækker og hotellet havde super gode faciliteter. Shuttlebus fungerede top godt. For få afgange og muligheder ved bådehuset. Man skal være hurtig ude for at få en tur booket.

The hotel is old and it hasn’t received an update in a while, that is our main complaint. Also, it is a bit far from everything, and there are some festivities that have been shut down, for example, a pool in the beach. Also, not all restaurants open every day, and we had some days at the beach where the beach restaurant was closed and that was really inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff is really helpful. The beach is very nice. There are many activities you can purchase at the beach directly from the hotel.

I am American and my beach vacations are usually to Mexico. Please keep that in mind when reading my review as that is what I will compare most of it to. I am spoiled. If you are familiar with that type of resort, this will dissapoint you. 1. If you are expecting something nice and modern you will not get that here. This hotel is very outdated. The service is on par for a nicer hotel. The staff was 4/5, Actual hotel probably 2/5. The AC is very weak and Okinawa is hot and humid. The first night we were sweating and had to call for a fan. We left the ac running the next day and it was much more comfortable. Also the parking lot is far from the hotel. They do have a shuttle though. 2. The beach was fantastic. The water here is some of the best I've seen. Bahamas level or better. There are still some fish in the swimming area even though its netted off. 3. Expensive! This hotel was the most expensive of our entire Japan trip and probably the worst. Not only was the stay expensive but everything you wanted to do there cost extra and there was a huge mark up on drinks. I got used to paying under 500 yen for a beer in the mainland but here it was 1000 for one beer. Even 990 for a cola! I got used to Japan prices for the previous 10 days and then got sticker shock when I had to pay America type prices. I would not stay here again. Would just pay to use beach

The property is pretty far out of town if you’re able to drive a car in okinawa it’s no problem otherwise you’ll be stuck there due two taxi prices are outrageous. Besides that it’s a Nice property.

The hotel and location is great. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were not well maintained, somewhat dirty. I had to ask for a different room and pay for an upgrade to be comfortable. Restaurants are good. Pool was dirty.

Lack of basic English is an issue at this “international” hotel. I was turned away at bell desk because she did not understand that I wanted to check activity schedules. She heard “check” and kept pointing to the check in counter despite my trying several times to speak slowly and using gestures. I was also turned away at breakfast entrance and asked to wait 10 minutes when there were available seats inside. I pointed to the seats but she waved me away repeatedly, with a smile. Luckily a more senior staff came after one minute and said it was a miscommunication on their part. I was then promptly seated. I will not post photos of the rude staff here, but suffice to say the service and customer care leave a lot of room for improvement. It is not enough to just smile. I will however mention the stained carpet and sofa in our room. It is Room 415 so maybe other rooms are not as bad? when I asked the front desk they basically just apologized with a smile. No action after two days. Coffee machine was also broken and leaked all night but they did replace that the next day. Location is 6 stars. Pity about the few smilingly rude staff and lack of effort to replace stained carpet and furnitures.
