If you have adult or mature appearance(wealthy), Hotel's staff would definitely provide you better service. Of course, Conrad Hilton's staffs act like they are elegant to serve only their desirable guests( Wealthy Appearance). Unfortunately, My appearance was ages of 20 years old. Staffs hesitated to serve me even I was one of their guest. While I entranced the hotel to check-in, Hotel's staff asked us "Are you just passing?".

Came at a very busy time of the year with rooms at 100% capacity! Breakfast queue was long on the first day but staff handled crowds well. Food and service great and personal! Shout out to Ayaka, concierge for all her recommendations!

チェックイン時にプラス4000円で南向きか北向きの更にいい景色の部屋へのアップグレードできます。と提案される。なにも考えずにそのままでいいですと答える。部屋に入ると目の前はTORAYの看板・・・ちゃんと説明して欲しかったです。

Honestly the nicest hotel room I have ever booked. Very close to the local station and USJ. Highly recommended hotel.

Great staff, fantastic service, spectacular views of the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful. The views are amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The one downside was the buffet breakfast. One morning, the host was very rude as I walked up to tell them my family was already seated. When I did finally say they were in there, she just grunted and looked back at her ipad. Another morning, the host could not find my room number on the list, and while the apologized, it shouldn't be that hard. The service once inside was very slow. Overall, this is a great hotel, and they deserve to be well regarded, however, the breakfast was a miss.

This hotel is very modern and the views from day to sunset and night are just breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean, lobby bar has stunning views and great food and drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

We always felt like the most important thing for all the employees was for us to enjoy our stay the maximum amount. We were afraid to feel out of place as such a beautiful hotel but this was only before we arrived. They were also really helpful with accommodating for vegetarian restrictions at their restaurants. Breakfast was also the best we have had in Japan. Both for a vegetarian and a meat eater.

I had the privilege of staying at the Conrad for 4 nights. The hotel is on floors 32 thru 40 in the middle of Osaka and I can only describe the view as stunning. In my room I was looking down on 13 helipads - an unbelievable vantage point. The room itself was state of the art with a central control system allowing me to open/close the drapes, control the lighting and air conditioner and set the alarm. The fitness facility was top notch with the best gym equipment available (Technogym) featuring a screen that guides the tempo of the exercise. The food was excellent. The best part of my experience, though, was the service I received from the staff. Friendly and helpful, they answered my questions and suggested places to visit in the city. You won’t find a better hotel anywhere in the world.
